Hotel Univers: una buena opción para disfrutar de Roses
Pros:

Durante mi estancia en el Hotel Univers, en Roses, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva en líneas generales. Uno de los aspectos que más destacaría es su excelente ubicación. El hotel se encuentra en una zona privilegiada, con una gran disponibilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores, lo que facilita mucho la llegada y el desplazamiento, especialmente si se viaja en coche.
Las instalaciones del hotel son amplias y se mantienen muy limpias, transmitiendo una agradable sensación de comodidad desde el primer momento. Las habitaciones también son espaciosas y cómodas, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Además, las vistas al puerto son espectaculares y constituyen uno de los grandes atractivos del establecimiento, permitiendo disfrutar de un entorno muy bonito tanto de día como al atardecer.
Otro punto muy positivo es la tranquilidad durante la noche. Apenas se percibía ruido, lo que nos permitió descansar perfectamente y disfrutar de un ambiente muy relajado.
En cuanto a la restauración, la comida estaba correcta, quizás no es uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel, aunque el personal si que he de decir que fueron amables y atentos en todo momento.
Por último, la piscina merece una mención especial. Es un espacio muy agradable para relajarse y, a pesar de la afluencia de huéspedes, siempre había hamacas disponibles, algo que se agradece mucho en temporada alta.
En definitiva, el Hotel Univers es una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Roses, especialmente por su ubicación, la amplitud y limpieza de sus instalaciones, la tranquilidad nocturna y las magníficas vistas que ofrecen sus habitaciones.

Cons:

Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza sí fue un punto negativo. En dos ocasiones tuvimos que reclamar en recepción para que hicieran nuestra habitación, ya que, a pesar de haber pasado buena parte del día fuera, al regresar comprobamos que seguía sin limpiarse. Aunque finalmente solucionaron la incidencia, resulta un inconveniente que no debería producirse en un establecimiento de estas características.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement. L'équipement était vieillissant. Nous avons eu très chaud dans la chambre.

Il manque le sourire à la réceptionniste on a l'impression de la déranger, payé 157e pour une chambre vieillotte c'est vraiment exagéré étant gouvernante dans un hôtel je vous invite à venir visiter une chambre dans notre hôtel (ibis styles) à votre tarif avec petit déjeuner compris vous allez comprendre la différence de prix pour chambre payer 1 lit double avec 1 lit simple et pour le coup ce retrouvé avec une chambre Twins
