Pros:

I liked the view from the room. The place was also quite empty and we almost had the entire facility to ourselves.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that our bed was made and we didn't get clean linen after the first night.

Dissapointing
Pros:

The location is nice

Cons:

The small fridge in a 5 sleeper room
The kettle smelled so bad from water that was in there for long
We were not notify before hand the pool were going to be out of order. In the shower there is no slip mats and a dish to hold the soap.
The bathroom was wet and we asked for a mop so no one came

Gem in St Helena Bay
Pros:

This was a lovely quiet stay. The unit was self- catering which was a plus as it was well equipped as well.

A well deserved holiday Visit Paternoster, Tietiesbaai, St Helena bay harbour, Britanica bay etc.
Pros:

A well deserved rest. Like the peacefulness. Young staff very helpful.Room was ever day cleaned up with clean bedding and towels etc 👍👍👍

Cons:

Nothing..... everything was according to what we planned. We jump the peak hour before the school holidays started.👍

The beds are high quality.
Utmost friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms floor are not very clean.
The Hotel is in renovation stages and the smell is disguisting. On our arrival we were told that for R1000 per night per room we actually booked "budget" accomodation but the will upgrade us...
I felt humiliated as we travel alot and get VERY good rooms for that rate per night.

Advertise Restaurant but its not open at all.
Situated in a very dodgy area. I did not feel safe at all.

Hand Shower fittings are gone...handles are loose...basin hangs away from wall...
