Le personnel, les 2 dames à la réception (l'après-midi et le matin) tellement gentille et serviable. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants a faire à Surat Thani, tellement bon. Merci pour tout. J'ai apprécié mon sejour

Personnel très sympathique
Chambre assez grande, conforme aux photos
Endroit calme

Cons:

Emplacement un peu éloigné (loin du night market) mais on peut quand même trouver de quoi manger à proximité.
Les travaux (coups de marteau) dans l'hôtel à 8h du matin ! Impossible de dormir ensuite, -1 pour cela.

Pros:

The attentiveness of the crew is amazing. They are happy hosts, and in my opinion, most of the time just that makes the guests really satisfied. Everything was working and really clean. Room is specious and with a lux feeling. Great shaded parking for bikes, also for cars parking never gets full or stuck. One of the best stays comparing the budget we get to pay.

Cons:

Hotel is a little old and it feels. Surrounding neighborhood offers not much.

Great place to stay while on the move to the islands.
Pros:

convenient for a stop over while passing through to the islands. The staff were exceptionally helpful. we upgraded from a standard room and were much more comfortable.

Cons:

The basic standard rooms are in need of updating.

The facilities are fine, but the high rating is thank to the staff - the receptionist was one of the kindest I’ve ever met - he was very helpful and gave as a lot of tips, and really made our day!
