Therw do not seem to be many options in Surathani, but this is still not a good one.
Pros:

The staff tried hard to be helpful but they kept making mistakes. Their advice proved incorrect as well - the ferry service they offer to Kho Samui, for example, is an old and slow option where the fast new ferry costs exactly the same.

Cons:

The hotel is down on its heels. It is not in a convenient area.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, very clean! Very nice beds, perfect balkony, coffee in the room, in walking distance to small local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

A hairdryer would be a good idea
There is coffee but it's a mild mix with sugar and milk and everything already inside
The water is so hot, there is no option to change, it's already the cold water.because I think the tanks on the roof got to much sun

Amazing quiet and clean environment, staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would stay again if I was in th area!

Location is great if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. The team were super inviting and spoke great English along with providing local insight into markets and attractions you can’t find online.

Pros:

The hotel was a small opening so we didn’t have much hope but it was huge on the inside and the staff were so lovely and made sure our stay was amazing.

Cons:

The location was okay but it was a bit out of reach of things so u would most likely have to get a grab. but other than that it was amazing

Pros:

It was very quiet, and it felt like we were the only ones in the entire hotel. The rooms are really decent and for this cheap price it was absolutely worth it.

Great overnight stay for transfer to the pier
Pros:

Huge room and bathroom (with bath) and terrace. Staff super friendly & helpful. Very big and comfortable bed. Water provided.

Cons:

Nothing to report...... depending on how long you're staying, maybe a bit far from the centre (wasn't an issue for us).

Comfortable stay perfect for a stop over
Pros:

They organised a tuk tuk the next day to the pier and were very friendly. Nice shower

There was no hair dryer even tho it’s stated there is one
