Das Zimmer war gut , das Badezimmer war relativ neu und behindertengerecht.
Frühstück war reichhaltig , es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür war es perfekt.

Cons:

Also für mich war die Matratze viel zu hart und unbequem.
Aber das sieht natürlich jeder anders.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in Zentrumsnähe.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung und die Lage des Hotel ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Keine zweite Decke erhältlich!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Hauptbahnhof ist in der Nähe. Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel, bzw. gegenüber in der Parallelstraße.

Cons:

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und haben uns ein Zimmer geteilt. Ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Soweit so gut. Jedoch gab es für das Doppelbett nur eine Decke, diese teile ich persönlich aber ungern, auch wenn es mit einer guten Freundin ist. Leider war keine zweite Decke auf Nachfrage erhältlich. Selbst ein einfacher Bettbezug oder eine Wolldecke konnten nicht herausgegeben werden. Angeblich wäre alles leer, da so viele andere Gäste bereits nach einer Decke gefragt hätten. Dieses Problem scheint es in diesem Hotel häufiger zu geben, wie aus den Bewertungen bei Google zu entnehmen ist.
Für mich ist diese Situation jedoch nicht tragbar, schon gar nicht bei dem Preis! In jeder Jugendherberge wäre es ohne Probleme möglich gewesen eine weitere Decke zu erhalten. Dort liegen diese oftmals direkt in den Schränken in den Zimmern. Somit werde ich ich mich für den nächsten Hamburbesuch nach einer anderen Unterkunft umschauen, wo jeder Gast im Zimmer seine eigene Decke bekommt.

Goede locatie.
Pros:

De kamers waren sober maar schoon. Het ontbijt was goed.
Locatie is ook goed. Vlak bij het centrum en het Centraal station.
