Great Hotel, Fantastic Food
Pros:

We stayed half board at The Kings Court for a week commencing 20/12/25
Check in was fine apart from them not accepting International Card Payments, so we had to pay cash the following day.
Staff were very helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant, shout out to Krishna who was really attentive to our needs.

WIFI throughout the hotel was excellent.

The Hotel was very clean & well maintained, though the painting standards leave a lot to be desired.

The food at both breakfast and evening meal was excellent, very good choices & great service.

The Pool is large and the outdoor spaces are well kept, kerb appeal is lacking, but the facilities make up for this.

The rooms are quite spacious and well set out, the shower was very powerful and hot water was plentiful.

Location was good, though not as close to the beach as other hotels, plenty shops and restaurants on the main road.

We only saw domestic tourists at this hotel, but If you’re an international tourist thinking about staying at this hotel, give it a go you’ll not be disappointed.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
Pros:

There was absolutely nothing appealing about this property.

There was no hot water available, and at times, there was no water whatsoever. The rooms were filled with pigeon droppings. The corridor had not been cleaned. The stairs were cluttered with unwanted items and were dirty. Renovation work was ongoing even during the peak season.

Cons:

1. NO HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE ON THE PREMISES

2. ROOMS WERE SO DIRTY THAT EVEN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED

3. THEY SELL EXPIRED WATER BOTTLES

4. CORRIDORS WERE DIRTY AND NO ONE COMES TO CLEAN THEM

5. UNDERGOING RENOVATION EVEN DURING PEAK SEASON

6. DELAYED SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT. YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30 TO 45 MINUTES JUST FOR A COFFEE

7. STAFF ARE NOT AT ALL CONCERNED ABOUT CHECKING IF THE FOOD IS EMPTY

8. STAIRS ARE IN NO CONDITION TO BE USED DUE TO ALL THE UNWANTED ITEMS BEING LEFT THERE

9. CROWDED PARKING LOT

10. THEY MAKE US WAIT 30 MINUTES JUST TO CHECK IN

11. ROOMS WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE

Rooms are big and alongside balcony with pool view. Pool is also decent

Location is not near to beach at all. Walking more than 20mins to reach there. You have to hire a taxi if you don't have car.

Not value for money.
Pros:

Only location and cleanliness.

Cons:

Congested parking, not enough staff, no exoust fan in toilet, toilet flush & jet spray was not working. A gang of stray dogs are always there in front of the hotel gate which appears to be very dangerous as they started banking as soon as some strangers appears.
On being asked why there is no proper maintenance or shortage of staff it is told that the property is being taken over by some other management shortly.
