Pros:

Tucked in Sukhumvit 34 so there is no noise from the main road. There is also a tuktuk service available for free!

Pros:

All staffs are so welcoming including TikTok driver. Rooms are clean, quiet, cosy and free TikTok service is so thoughtful. After all we enjoyed staying at Kaze34

Cons:

Toilet gets blocked most of the time. But it solved at once after giving complaint.

I was very content with my stay.
Pros:

The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

There were not enough towels left each day; I requested at least three, and only received one. The cable television was very limited receiving stations.

Unprofessional behaviour of the staffs, they seeks the ways how you will be fined. Embarrassed!!
Pros:

The facility is good. It has comfy bed and rooms.

Cons:

I did not like the behavior of the staffs and management. They treated us like FUGITIVES. Very unprofessional management. If some little things goes wrong with the property, they will fine you for that. Last time, they fine us 800 bhat for little stain in the bed sheet in 2024. Another incident, the glass of the small dining table was breaking right infront of our very eyes, we DID NOT do anything with the glass. I think it was broken because of the poor quality of the glass. BUT, they fined us 1000 bhat for that, what we did not do. A staff literally pictured the wall of my room with some minimal stain (which i removed with minimal effort) in the middle of the stay. Overall, It was really embarrassing!

The stayed was great!
Pros:

It’s very pet friendly. The rooftop is really good for the pets. The location is somehow near the BTS but the place feels like balance. You can also cook inside if you want.

Cons:

More convenient if you have car or motorcycle because you need to drive more going inside the place. I think the Thai staff in the information must be more approachable or smile if talking with the costumers.
1 room we had, the water heater was not working. But it was supposed to be fixed by them, only that we always travel so we didn’t have the time to let them fix for us.

Комфортный pet friendly отель
Pros:

Очень удобный отель как для остановки на пару дней, так и для более длительного проживания. В отеле есть всё, чтобы гостям было удобно - просторный и чистый номер, большой холодильник, плита, микроволновка, даже стиральная машина. Чистое хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. Можно остановиться с питомцем - это была одна из ключевых опций, по которой я выбрала отель, но оказалось, что и в остальном всё замечательно. До улицы Сукхумвит минут 15 пешком, но при отеле есть бесплатный тук-тук, на котором можно уехать (и вернуться) к крупным магазинам поблизости и двум точкам на улице Сукхумвит, соответствующим остановкам BTS.

Cons:

Мало полотенец. Всего два банных полотенца, хотелось бы, чтоб было хотя бы ещё одно - положить под ноги при выходе из ванны
