Given a room that smelled of smoke for the family room. As the basin was choked and the staff couldn’t unchoke it, the staff was gracious enough to change to two queen size rooms for us.

Would hv been better if restaurant and swimming pool was there.

Nice for short term stay.
ATM,Cafe,Grab all available .

Good price, but lots of steps on the floors should be flash flat hard to access wheelchairs & White Cane. Nice sleep, big room, but no fridge oh so mo ie no English subtitles because I'm deaf. Thank you smile

我喜欢房间冷气夠冷、冲凉房水夠热夠大。隔音方面有待提高、附近夜夜笙歌至凌晨三四点在房里都听到。

Booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Struggle to fall a sleep in the nite in a room filled with smoking smell .

Location is great with lots of eateries around. Can easily get a transport using Grab.

Nothing beats the location. You can get food, massage, hairdresser within 5 mins walking.

Overall room services need improvements. Location should be based on GPS

The most pleasing feature of the hotel is definitely its cleanliness, especially if you take into account the low price value. I absolutely love that they provide water dispenser for you to refill your water bottles. This saves us money as well as reduce plastic usage! The hotel is also near a variety of eateries so finding one would be very convenient. If I have to say something negative, it would be the nosiness of other guests (though this can be easily overlook).

The room is spacious and quite clean. A lot of eateries and a supermarket nearby. 10-15 mins drive to Axiata Arena and the bus terminal. But no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

Price a bit high coz no parking reserves for guest. I spent more than 30min to find a parking and more than 100m away😂😭😭😭😭😓

FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN. JUST ONE WORD PERFECT

The hotel was clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good. However, the only downside of this hotel was the parking issue..As there is no parking provided by the Hotel, nearby parking lots were full especially over weekend.

but no water kettle ,hair dryer in room (hv to collect from counter)
, mirror too small and slim.
washroom size is big enough especially shower area
comfortable andl water strong.
place to hang cloth on the top of toilet bowl, no good.
happened towel dropped on it.

clean and lean, fast check in/out process, walking distance to many restaurants and shops
