Good value budget hotel
Pros:

Food excellent- breakfast and dinner superb - beds very comfortable- enjoyed turtle watching
Staff were very attentive

Cons:

Tv didn’t work- pool was poor- swimming off the beach was in advisable

Pros:

If you want peace and quiet and yet be very close to the crowded Unawatuna, this is the place to be. Main Unawatuna is 15 minutes by walk. Galle fort is about 20 min away in the tuk-tuk. Perfectly located -Amanda Beach villas is so privately located , at any point there were only a handful of people on the beach, all who stayed in the properties along the beach front. The viral tree swing is also in the very next neighbourhood , viewing distance and about 5 min walk on the beach. The staff is extremely supportive. Loved the SriLankan food they made for us. We insisted on only SL food all the time. Loved it. Will come back.

Had a lovely stay
Pros:

The location on the beach was fantastic. Loved having our breakfast by the ocean. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the water too

Perfect
Pros:

George and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great . The beach is not really for swimming but the pool is good. Breakfast was great and we had dinner there as well. The hotel and rooms are just like the photos. Would love to stay longer! The room actually has a fridge too !

Cons:

Beach wasn't for swimming but we got to watch 7 or 8 turtles feeding there, off shore , all day !!

Great location but not value for money.
Pros:

I liked the location and the brrakfast

Cons:

The rooms need some improvements, particularly the bathroom, all windows frames are old, needs new ones.

Staff is limited in English

Nice staff, good breakfast, lovely views.
Pros:

Nice rooms with sea view and balcony. Comfortable bed & good air conditioning. Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. On a part of the beach that is rough and not good for swimming. Short tuk tuk ride to main beach. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Shower leaked all over bathroom floor even when pressure kept really low. Location a bit out of the way with not many choices for good restaurants within walking distance. Pool not clean enough to swim in.

Pros:

Потрясающее место! Чистый пляж, нет людей (мало очень). Чистые комнаты, уютные удобные, убирали сразу по просьбе. Горячая вода всегда была. Еда прекрасная, мы попросили ланкийские завтраки и нам их делали каждый день разнообразные. Обслуживание замечательное!

Super schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden gratis geupdatet.
Leckeres großzügiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und einige Renovierungsarbeiten und neue Möbel wären angebracht.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Frühstück: sehr lecker und direkt am Strand serviert, was für eine tolle Atmosphäre sorgt.

Zum Schwimmen muss man ein kleines Stück laufen, da die Strömung direkt vor dem Hotel recht stark ist. Das ist aber kein Problem, denn der Turtle Beach ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und der Hauptstrand liegt nur etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk entfernt.

Чудесен хотел с много мили домакини! Впечатлена съм от старанието им да направят престоя ни приятен. Мястото е прекрасно, точно на брега на морето, стаите са с големи прозорци, леглото беше точно до прозореца. Храната беше добра, наистина изкарахме отлично. Ако търсите уютно място на добра цена, със спокоен плаж, няма да съжалявате
