Lacking in any facilities . Quite a bit from the main town (a 10 min Tuktuk ride). No nearby restaurants. Lacks atmosphe

The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble

Relaxing stay at the beach
Pros:

Very good quiet location on the beach. A very good alternative to avoid the noise etc. of Unawatuna. We had a very good breakfast along the water. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view fantastic. It was just a short walk to turtle beach where you could swim with gigantic turtles the whole day.

Cons:

There were large rocks in the water in front of the hotel. You have to watch out where you swim but there are plenty of opportunities.

Nagyon szép kis szàlloda
Közvetlen a vízparton.

Cons:

A hullámok nagyon nagyok folyamatossan. Fürdeni nem lehet. Nagy hangja vann a hullámoknak föleg éjszaka, kicsit nehéz pihenni.

Good location, amazing service, poor breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in front of the beach, the workers are very nice and always trying to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and big, there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed in our room. This hotel is the perfect location to rest and chill and you will really accomplish it, it is very calm.

Cons:

The sink from the toilet of the room was not working very well, it would get stuck and take its time to clesr the water. I wish the pillows were softer, I couldnt sleep with a pillow because it was too hard. The breakfast did not impress me at all, so they could do some sort of buffet or let you choose what you want for breakfast

Pros:

Отличный отель. Очень очень приветливый персонал, хорошие большие завтраки, невероятный вид из окна. Очень хорошее расположение, 20 метров и уже океан, на нашем пляже сильные волны были, но недалеко был еще один прекрасный пляж, где можно в удовольствие наплаваться, множество кафешек и ресторанов поблизости.

Cons:

в номере было очень пыльно, когда мы заехали. но это небольшой минус, мы за 5 минут все протерли и дальше все было отлично

Would stay again but need a room with its own balcony
Pros:

Loved the pool and location
Sea views were amazing
Sunsets every evening

Cons:

We booked a room with a shared balcony- that’s not good as the other room monopolised it - we felt they could look into our room - so not private enough - if you book a room with its own balcony then that would be amazing- my own fault for not booking that- Needed to be a bit cleaner also - but would stay here again but only on the correct room

Extremely pleasant and affable staff, much calmer than Unawatuna, beautiful view from bed
Pros:

Wonderful having breakfast (Sri Lankan or Western) just a few meters from the surf. Easy 10-15 minute walk along the beach to Turtle Beach. Five minute Tuk-tuk (500-600 lkr) to the center of Unawatuna. Gifted with Lille elephant as a souvenir. Everyone was sincerely helpful and pleasant. Large bath in our room 14. And shower with good pressure. Fruit plate waiting in the room. Lunch and dinner menu with prices comparable to town.

Cons:

The ocean remains loud at night.

Pros:

Ein kleines Hotel mit vielen schönen Details. Wir hatten jeweils für 2 Tage ein Studio und anschließend die Suite gebucht. Der freundliche Manager bot uns an schon nach einer Nacht ohne Aufpreis in die Suite zu wechseln. Alle Zimmer haben einen wunderschönen Meerblick, die Suite ist sehr groß, wohl vor kurzem renoviert worden und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Der Mehrpreis lohnt auf jeden Fall. Im Restaurant gibt es gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen und man sitzt sehr schön auf der Terasse direkt am Strand.
