Location was central to my meetings.
Breakfast was decent Korean style.
The late checking in (4 pm) snd early checking out (10 or 11:00 am) really sucks for travellers coming from afar and arriving in the early morning!

물론 싱글+퀸 붙여서 잘수는 있었지만,
퀸 두개가 있는 객실이 있으면 다음에도 여기에 예약할것같아요
타국에서 서울에 가면 머무는 숙소에요. 이번이 두번째 숙박이었는데 위치나 편의성등은 정말 좋아요. 특히 무료 영화표나 사우나 할인권등은 너무 즐거운 보너스 같아요
청소가 조금 더 개선되고 프론트 직원분들이 좀더 미소로 응대해주셨으면 좋겠습니다
I didn’t like anything. It was close to my office, that’s the only reason I chose this hotel.
- The hotel looks like a hospital or a dormitory , looks nothing like on the pictures
- mold on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the walls
- Can’t check in even one minute before the check in time while obviously the room was already ready
- They brought me an iron that was dirty from some kind of sticky liquid, probably honey
- The breakfast was the worst i have ever seen, no options at all, only dry bread, a little bit of fruits, tofu and noodles
- The light in the room was white like in a morgue, in the bathroom it was very dark until you can’t see your face in the mirror
- The windows face a big street and it’s very noisy
- The staff is not very friendly
The room was very nice, the amenities were great, and there were many things to do in the surrounding area.
The overall experience was good. The reason I rated it low was because when I went to check in, the female receptionist did not greet us at all. She asked for my passport, gave me a room key, and never looked at me. I waited and after 30 seconds, she rolled her eyes and said, "finished" in a dismissive voice. It was so rude and just not what guests look forward to when checking in and beginning a vacation. I told her I was not finished as now my father, who was right next to me, was also wanting to check in. I was standing there thinking she was waiting for something to process on her end on the computer. I was never told thank you, good bye, enjoy your stay, or just a plain old all done. It was literally a handing of the room key and silence until she said finished. It was unnecessary and if she is that bothered by random strangers, it would be advised to not work in a field that is directly working with customers. I have never left a bad review. So, hopefully that says something about how rude she was. Her name was Leehyeon and she worked on 4/26/26 when I checked in at 4pm. The other staff were friendly.
It is conveniently surrounded by food, shops, konbini, and laundromat. About 10 minutes walk to Hyundai Mall and to the nearest train station.
The hotel itself was adequate. Pity the water park was closed for a month when we were there.. it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.
The rooms are unfortunately a bit dated and could do with a uplift to spring back to life. The beds were very soft and thin pillows. I woke up with a sore back each morning.
Location was good, breakfast average but free so it's a plus. Neighborhood felt safe with good dining options.
The wall in the rooms were dirty and stained, room was warm in mid april but the hotel wouldn't turn the air cond till a certain date. Basic room was very small. Not enough hangers. The water from the shower leaked out from the bathroom.

The room is very hot and ventilation is poor. The central heating set at 27.5 degree Celsius is too hot and uncomfortable.
