No fridge, hot drinks, no cleaning and noisy.
Pros:

It’s close to Lumpinee stadium and you can walk it which is nice because it’s the reason I booked this place.

Cons:

It’s quite noisy from other guests so that’s something to keep in mind. The first night I had to wake up at 6am the next day so I requested a room change because of the loud neighbours, which they luckily did. However my new room did not have a fridge in it so I had to drink warm drinks all the time, not pleasant in Bangkok heat. In the weekend there was some neighbour doing construction well past 3am which was also unpleasant. My last night there were aggressive street dogs in the street of the hotel which was a bit unnerving. The hotel doesn’t look at all like the pictures. I always book budget hotels but this was a disappointing experience. In the 3 nights I stayed here they didn’t clean my room even once.
