Great hotel , great staff

Der Service, die Atmosphäre und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren gut.
Schade dass die Fenster keine Aussenverschattung haben, so war es sehr warm.

Hat alles gepasst

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Due Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war vielfälltig. Das Hotel können wir immer gerne empfehlen.

Mycket trevligt!

Dejligt centralt beliggende hotel i gåafstand til Dortmund centrum med caféer og indkøbsmuligheder.
Der er gratis parkering lige rundt om hjørnet fra hotellet. Der kan dog være at der først er en ledig plads der om aftenen, men så kan man parkere lige foran hotellet mod betaling.
Personalet var meget venlige og der var en dejlig varieret morgenmad, som vi havde bestilt med.
Der var meget støj i nabolaget, da hovedgaden var ved at blive renoveret, men ellers virkede det som et forholdsvist stille kvarter, på trods af en større vej foran hotellet.
Alt I alt et godt valg, hvis man vil have en billig overnatning i Dortmund og gerne vil være tæt på alting.

Von aussen so lala. Aber innen das hotel ist schön. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, alles sehr sauber. Das Personal und service ist freundlich und Wünsche werden erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

War alles super Personal sehr freundlich

Solides Hotel mit großen, behindertengerechten Zimmern und Bad.
Die Rezeptionszeiten sind leider nicht so gut und die Frühstücksauswahl mau.

Viel kann man bei einer Nacht nicht beurteilen. Nettes Personal. Tee und Kaffee standen den ganzen Tag kostenfrei bereit

Die Nähe zu den Lokalen alles war fußläufig zu erreichen

確認不足による二重課金、不在の時もあるレセプション、室内にない貴重品ボックスなど、個人的に経験した悪い点を挙げていけばきりがないが、それでも総合点は高く評価している。
オープンしたばかりで部屋がきれいなことは百難隠す。
従業員のモチベーションは高く、二重課金の返還はスムーズだった。
朝食もおいしい。
エレベーターも新しく、パリ市内の小さなホテルでしばしば感じるような古くて不快な要素は皆無。
日中はトラムや電車の本数が少なめで、パリ市内中心部からのアクセスは若干難があるが、駅からはそう遠くなく、郊外にしては町が明るい。
パリに飽きた観光客にとっては最高のビジネスホテルだ。
特に、ロンシャン競馬場やローランギャロスに用事がある人には、パリ中心部から出かけるより便利で良いと思う。

Fijn hotel super personeel. Alles was top kom er zeker terug als we weer naar BVB gaan.

Optimale Lage für einen Besuch des Stadions oder der Westfalenhallen: 10min entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof, keine 10min zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

The hotel is central and is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A few things that weren't quite right though... the front desk isnt 24h, so late check in is awkward; there's no facility for left luggage, so on check out you need to take your luggage with you and trail it around all day; the bathroom toiletries leave a lot to be desired (2 tiny sachets of shower gel??); no restaurant or bar; breakfast doesn't exactly flow- they cook little bits every so often, so there is a lot of waiting. Not a bad hotel by any means, but wouldn't stay again.

Nice hotel, not real warm and cozy but clean. Was quite over priced I thought for what it offered, but that was due to the football match being played that night I assume.

Very nice hotel with the right location, local food and walking distance to all you need in Dortmund. Large room and very clean. I would stay here again. The hotel has a rooftop terrace.

Nice hotel well situated just outside of centre of Dortmund (easy walking distance 10 minutes). Helpful staff who spoke very good English. Excellent breakfast and nice terrace at top of hotel

Basic hotel....however clean and friendly staff and excellent location would recommend
