A hospedagem como sempre muito boa, localização, a recepção, café da manhã enfim sempre que vou a Rio Claro é o melhor hotel para mim.

É bom, mas poderia melhorar.
Pros:

Fiquei três vezes, é confortável e muito perto de tudo. A maioria dos funcionários são solícitos e prestativos. O café da manhã é servido no quarto por uma pequena taxa, a primeira vez que eu pedi estava ótimo.

Cons:

Segunda vez que pedi café, não foi nenhuma variedade de nada. Fiquei decepcionada.
Não tem saco de lixo nas lixeiras, é incômodo.
A cama estava suja na minha última estadia.
O cartão da porta não funciona as vezes.
A banheira estava suja nas duas vezes que fiquei na master e a espuma de banho de cortesia não é o bastante para um banho.
Não pode receber visitas por mais de 30 min, meu namorado ficou 32 e fomos multados em 85$ mesmo eu avisando que tinha passado só 2 min porque eu estava procurando minha bolsa para sairmos.
