Sem controle no quarto, ao solicitar a recepcionista ela mandou eu ligar a TV no botão e disse que o controle que ela tinha lá estava sem pilha. A Banheira não funcionou tinha uma peça quebrada e nem o ar condicionado. Tinha vazamento de água no banheiro e ficava uma poça de água no piso, acabei escorregando.

O recipiente de café (cafe da manha) deixa a desejar, as torneiras sugerem que podem estar sujas por dentro, o cafe muito fraco. Pedi para ser acordado e não fui.

nao tenha leite , nao tinha pão frances..... , demais itens do cafe com qualidade duvidosa

Estacionamento apertadissimo . Sem quantidade o suficiente p acomodas todos os Hospedes . Antes de fazer a reserva, eu liguei para o hotel e me informaram que havia estacionamento e que seria gratuito. Gratuito foi mas tive que ter uma conversa com o gerente p conseguir vaga.
