The shower stall is extremely slippery, so bad, I had to put down a town in the shower before entering. It’s not a question of “if”someone falls but rather “when”. It needs to be addressed immediately!

I absolutely did not care for the roaches in my room. I checked out early and went somewhere else.

I had roaches in my room!!!!! No maintenance person on site and no real care or concern for the situation. It was like it was normal. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Yes, they offered to move me but the first night there were no rooms so I was unable to sleep. Not saying my full stay should have been refunded but that one night should have been or even offered me a credit for a future stay. I will never frequent that hotel again!!!!

Don't stay there, dirty rooms, roaches, bad smell got sick

The main floor smelt very bad. Would have left but was not sure I would get my money back. The employee was sitting in a chair playing on the phone and watched me stand at the counter for awhile before getting up to check me in. The room smelled as well, probably from the AC unit. The glass shower door did not function properly. A chair in the room had a rip. The carpets in were very dirty. Stray animal was hanging around the entrance two days in a row. The worst experience we have every had with this chain. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience and would not advice people to stay there.

I set up a hotel rate with this hotel for business, and it was awful experience for my team. We were due to have 30+ more rooms and more annual but I will be avoiding this place at all costs. There were cockroaches under the beds, hairs all over the bathroom and bedding and still leftovers in the fridge. Definitely hadn't been cleaned properly and to top it off the Hotel Manager is rude and doesn't care about experience and hygiene only cares about the money he is getting. I would avoid like the plague unless you want some little friends joining you in the night.

The bathroom had so much black mold in it that it gave me a headache. They really need to learn how to get better airflow in those bathrooms.

A friendly, clean & very appealing environment. The amenities in the room (refrigerator, new look and appeal to room environment nice.

Carpets are NASTY & STAINED shampoo wouldn’t help, need to be REPLACED. The beds are very high and hard for a person to get in, pillows are like trying to sleep on rocks, all 5 of them‼️‼️‼️breakfast was awesome. Staff is friendly, but speak broken English, hard to understand what you say to them, and even harder to understand the reply. VERY POOR LIGHTING IN THE ROOMS. Parking was good, entrances were good. Won’t stay there again if ever in the area with all the other choices in the area.

There was black mold everywhere. Musty and rude

The room is very clean and comfortable as usual.

The breakfast ran out of hot food by 9:25. No one ever came to refill it. There were also very limited choices in other non-hot items. No flavors for coffee creamer. The tub was stained and appeared nasty. The bathroom vent was extremely loud and annoying. The bed was comfortable though, and the AC was nice and cold.

This property is in a good location but the property itself needs updating. The bathroom had stains all over the shower and toilet. The water had a terrible odor, we even had to call the front office to ask if it was safe to use. Room smelled of sewage. The sheets had multiple stains and dust all over desk and nightstands. Seems like it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Will not stay again.
