Cons:

The location is awful as it's near the biggest tourist trap area in Manila where everything costs 5 times more. The staff are nice but their attitude is one of constantly giving excuses about why they can't help guests. The rooms aren't very clean and cleaning services are also poor when you request room cleaning. The area is quite noisy, so not ideal for light sleepers. The wifi connection is not great as some sites and apps seemed to be blocked. Overall, while the price is competitive for that area, all things considered, I don't recommend this place at all.
