Guests that book 4 or more rooms will have the nonrefundable policy applied. The property will use the card provided to guarantee the reservation to charge the total price of the reservation in advance.

Important: We are corrently under construction in order to better serve our guests. For this reason, there will be normal noises from construction work during the day, but we will do our best to minimize the impacts on your stay. There will be several improvements, and many novelties!

Eu tinha uma reserva para para duas pessoas e uma criança de 14 anos, iriamos ficar só uma noite porque minha filha iria chegar de viagem no aeroporto de vira copos as 21hs... quando cheguei lá com minha neta confirmaram a reserva, cobraram o valor da diaria e o estacionamento... ai fui até o carro pegar a mala e quando voltei a moça da recepção me falou que eu não poderia ficar lá com a minha neta que era menor e precisava de autorização dos pais dela... eu disse que eles deveriam ter me avisado quando eu fiz a reserva... e mostrei o documento dela e o meu que sou avó dela... mas uma das moças da recepção me respondeu com grosseria que eu tinha que ter autorização registrada em cartório dos pais da minha neta... então tive que ficar andando na cidade até chegar o horário da minha filha chegar e vir embora pra cidade de São Paulo!!! Foi muito constrangedor e cansativo... e além de tudo vou ter que esperar para devolverem o valor que eu paguei pela diária e o estacionamento!!!
