Guests that book 4 or more rooms will have the nonrefundable policy applied. The property will use the card provided to guarantee the reservation to charge the total price of the reservation in advance.

Please note that reduced amount of off-site parking is available for free, but it is subject to availability upon arrival. The property does not guarantee parking availability.

Important: We are corrently under construction in order to better serve our guests. For this reason, there will be normal noises from construction work during the day, but we will do our best to minimize the impacts on your stay. There will be several improvements, and many novelties!

Parking fee: 25 reais upon availability.

Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 09h00 to 17h00 and some rooms may be affected by noise.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Conforto e cordialidade da equipe de estacionamento. Muito atenciosos.

A localização é boa !

O atendimento dos funcionários na recepção é péssimo, te deixam esperando no balcão enquanto ficam conversando entre elas ! Tive que interferir enquanto aguardava meu check-in dizendo : " Ela que está livre pode fazer meu check-in certo ? Já que você está ocupada! " Um absurdo isso muita falta de treinamento .

Não Gostei da acomodação, ar condicionado barulhento, colchão de espuma no anuncio diz Queen, mas não é; chuveiro com goteira, frigobar barulhento, foi difícil dormir. Café fraco pelo preço da diária.

Muito sujo, banheiro sujo, muito sujo, recepção com odor horrivel, estofados da recepção não dava coragem de sentar, de sujos que estavam, café da manha não dava coragem de tomar, muito sujo. Resumindo, Pessimo. Sem contar que, o hotel cobra para estacionar os veiculos na rua, sim, na via publica o hotel cobra como estacionamento.
