Guests that book 4 or more rooms will have the nonrefundable policy applied. The property will use the card provided to guarantee the reservation to charge the total price of the reservation in advance.

Please note that reduced amount of off-site parking is available for free, but it is subject to availability upon arrival. The property does not guarantee parking availability.

Important: We are corrently under construction in order to better serve our guests. For this reason, there will be normal noises from construction work during the day, but we will do our best to minimize the impacts on your stay. There will be several improvements, and many novelties!

Parking fee: 25 reais upon availability.

Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 09h00 to 17h00 and some rooms may be affected by noise.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Confortável e espaçoso, recomendo.
Pros:

O hotel é bom, o espaço do quarto é confortável, limpo, café é bom com bastante opções.
O recepcionista foi cordial e educado.

Cons:

O estacionamento não é incluso, é pago lá na hora R$ 25,00 pra deixar na frente do hotel, o que não vai de encontro com o descrito no booking.
O elevador vai até o 6° andar, se você se hospedar no 7° vai precisar subir de escada.
O chuveiro é bem quentinho, mas precisa de manutenção na saída de água.
