Great!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly when we arrived late and made it super easy for us to check in while being jet lagged. Throughout the stay they were helpful as well whenever I had any questions about Japan, or the culture, even recommendations of food to try. Bonus that it was a short walk to the train station!

Good Location
Pros:

Good location - JR Ueno Station is just a stone throw way and if you are taking the Skyliner to or from Narita Airport, this is your choice.

Cons:

Room was rather small, not the smallest we've stayed in Japan though.
