Everything from the staff to the room and the food.The scenery from our room was lovely.
The staff were friendly. Food was good. Situation was great.
Window in room was in need of replacing, it was noisy and draughty. Toilet bath had what looked like a hole in it or damage as if something had fallen in it.

Great breakfast with lovely views across the bay.
The annex where I stayed felt less comfortable and cosy than being in the main hotel building. It didn’t feel as secure having the door straight out to the car park. I would have found it more acceptable if it was a dog friendly room with the outdoor/patio garden part, makes better sense.
Room was nice and warm after a cool start. Facilities were good and a nice view out of the window. Very comfortable, nice decor.
The bathroom was rather cold. Parking was only just available, last space.
Breakfast was not good at all £14 for a fairly disgusting lukewarm meal.Bacon flabby
Food at a better temperature
The hotel is in a great location, close to the Main Street and harbour. The reception area is lovely welcoming and cosy. It has great views of harbour and islands over the water. We had really nice meals in the evenings and first morning was a buffet breakfast with a great selection of food on offer. On the second morning as there were not many guests we had breakfast from the menu. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The water in the sink and showers were lukewarm in my room and my parent’s room. Rooms was clean but are in much need of updating. There was no carpet in my parents room, and the curtains were very creased and very old looking. We also attempted to use the swimming pool but it was extremely cold so much that we couldn’t use it, I only got to use the steam room for a short time, was disappointing.

Excellent views (when not raining !!!!!). Not to far from town and all amenities, nice walk (if not raining)

Just spent four lovely days at this hotel. Staff all very friendly and welcoming, especially Tina, an absolute gem and a great help to us. Food good. We will be back!
I liked the fish and chips we got from the 3rd best chip shop in UK.
The hotel is very dated in decor, the room number 44 was terrible, creaky floor boards, shower didn't work properly, rent a kill box under the bed, not enough sockets.....I could go on but it ruined our holiday as much as to say I drove for 10 hours to get back home......
Everything from the moment we arrived till we left was fantastic, staff go above and beyond with anything we needed, very friendly, definitely 10/10 look forward to coming back
