Está muy bien ubicado. El lugar es muy agradable. La camarera que nos atendía en el desayuno cada ve que nos servia algo con un cantito muy simpatico nos decia "Here we go..." Eso nos quedó de recuerdo y nos reimos cada vez que lo recordamos. La atención del personal excelente. Muy bien dispuestos.
La habitación que nos tocó es la del piso superior justo debajo del techo. Tiene el lavatorio integrado a la habitación y el lugar del inodoro no tiene aislación suficiente de la habitación. No hay mucha intimidad para la higiene. El desayuno es muy acotado si bien es a la carta las opciones son escasas y sirven por ejemplo una feta de jamon y dos de queso con lo que hay que volver a pedir y eso es molesto.

Our room was Santo Croce.
The seagulls kept us awake most of the night. The interior of the room was totally impractical , glass doors of the shower and toilet, both of them separated, and no proper closure on top of the door, no room for toiletries and towels and no sink near the toilet. The sink is situated in the bedroom next to a huge and unusable lamp construction that takes up valuable space of the room. The bed is extremely high and the side tables are so low you can't reach them to place things when you are in bed. Seems that the design overtook the practical use of a room.

Amazing location in the old town. First class welcome and great service the entire stay. The restaurant was incredible.
Just across from the pleasure boat docks on the north side near the entry to the circular former island and a couple of minutes to the cafe-studded south side. Very comfortable 'suite.' The room was large with attractive use of wood and a bit quirkily designed. For example, the mirrors can be a little disorienting, but neither of us walked into one of them. The wood beam ceiling adds an appealing view. From the suites it's a 1-minute or less walk to the office, the regular rooms and the restaurant where breakfast is served and you can buy dinner. Reserve early. But there are restaurants all over the two bays on the south side and in the small streets running up the hill to the spired church.. A staff member picks you up from the waterfront. If you have a car, you're driven to a private parking lot about 10 minutes away by foot to the hotel. Breakfasts are superb, and you can usually choose between indoor and outdoor seating.
There are some minor inconveniences, e.g. there's often no one at the front desk or answering phones, so getting help can require patience. No chairs or other comfortable seating - the bed or a very narrow built-in sofa. No writing surfaces either at least in our room. Instead of chairs there are two small built-in seats attached to the foot of the bed. I dare you to try to sit on one for more than 30 seconds. Even the staff laugh about them.
The hotel was beautiful. We loved the coffee bar in our room. We had no trouble walking up the stairs, but I do not think there is an elevator. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The staff were very helpful and very kind. It was a perfect hotel and I would return.

A charming hotel, an historic building with beautiful stone walls, full of character but modernised to be very stylish and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and warm. We appreciated the lift in the golf buggy with our luggage from parking to the hotel. Parking was convenient and easy.
Breakfast was delicious, a good variety of options. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening. This was excellent and both this and breakfast were served by a friendly and very efficient waitress, Lorena .
Our room was very clean, stylish and comfortable, and peaceful.
The area was quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour, restaurants and shops.
We liked everything .
