BERBAT!!!
Pros:

Otelin bulunduğu yer güzel ancak hizmet inanılmaz kötü. Otel sahibi paragözün önde gideni. Kendimizi tanıttık. Sonra "siz ... fiyattan mı tuttunuz?" diye sordu. Evet dedik ve odamızın anahtarını verdi (en uzak olan oda). Sanki az para vermişiz gibi. Kapı kilitlenmiyor diyorum, siz yapamamışsınızdır diyor. Tabi ısrar edince onlar da denedi ve yapamadı. Kilidi değiştirdiler. Menüde fiyatlar yazmıyor. Odamız örümcek ağı ile doluydu. Abartmıyorum. Her köşe! Gece uyumaya gidince farkettik. Adama durumu anlatıyorum, temiz oda istiyorum. Bana temiz oda var ama 150 lira daha fazla ödemeniz gerekir diyor. O zaman gel temizle dedim. Uykusundan uyandırdığı garibim göçmen bir işçi gelip yalap şap temizleyebildi. Ertesi gün şikayetimi yineledim kendisine. Boş ve daha temiz oda dururken bizden ilave para istemeniz doğru değildi diyorum ancak yine para muhabbeti yapıyor. Hayır, küçücük ve pis bir oda için 350 lira ödedim ve bu miktar adama az geliyor.
Kahvaltı iyi değil. Kahvaltıdaki yumurta, börek, patates yağ içinde yüzüyor.
İşletme sahibi dışındaki çalışanların tavrı iyi ve gerçekten çabalıyorlar. Ancak o işletme sahibinden hiç memnun kalmadım. Müthiş derecede sinir bozucu bir tip. Umarım bir daha karşılaşmam kendisiyle. Kesinlikle bir daha o otele gitmeyeceğim ve size de tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ski Trip in Kartepe
Pros:

The heating in our room was insufficient.....we froze our A%% off and the floors were colder than ice. The reception clerk admitted that the heaters were not sufficient for the room and confirmed nothing could be done about it. Also, the room advertised Free WiFi but no WiFi was available and the Reception confirmed that NO Wifi exists in the bungalow rooms. Needless to say my wife and I were greatly disappointed by the room and comfort of our stay.

Pros:

Otele giriş saatiniz akşama kalmasın ödemesini yaptığınız yer başka birine verilebiliyor. Sebebin ise hotels’den rezervasyonla ilgili mail’in gelmemiş olmasını iddia ettiler. Defalarca kez kullandığım sistemde hiçbir zaman böyle birşey yaşamadım. Hotels çalışanları olayı çözümlemek için Amerika’dan tercümanla bana yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Can sıkıcı idi. Önermiyorum
