Loved the spacious accommodation, with big windows and great morning light filled atmosphere. Comfortable bed and all facilities to make an easy home away from home stay. Staff is attentive and very helpful when accommodating your needs or requests. Secure access and nice modern building topped it off.

We had a very nice stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Good location, walkable to the central station, with bus lines and restaurants nearby. Kitchen had all necessities and was even stocked with some tea and sweets, we appreciated that. There was a binder with helpful information for the appliances. The manager promptly and helpfully responded to our requests. We had one room cleaning during our stay.

Great comfy place to stay! Home away from home for us as we stayed for over 2 weeks. Big comfy bed, good shower, cleaning service included for longer stay which was very nice. Good connection to the city as the Central Station is so close

Took a chance booking this place based on pictures on Expedia and user reviews, knowing nothing about the place or area first hand. The apartment I had a 1 bed with kitchen, laundry spot and small living room area. Stayed for about a week. I didn't need any amenities along the way, so I can't comment about that service if someone would need it. Overall, everything was great. Clean, comfortable, etc. I asked for some extra towels on arrival which were waiting for me. Instructions that were sent ahead of time. Instructions sent ahead of time were helpful to get into the front door upon arrival with easy communication with the person overseeing things. They were able to allow me to check in very early in the morning without additional fees which was extremely nice. The area has tons of places to eat and very walkable. I did not have a car bit was told they had arrangements if I did. Two small things. 1. There was some construction on the bottom floor that was intermittently, very loud for a few minutes during a couple of the weekdays, which was a bit annoying things in the moment, but not too much to deal with in the bigger picture of my stay. 2. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment, which was in the bathroom, and it would have been good to have another one perhaps on a big empty wall in the bedroom. We stayed at this apartment with a family of five and very much enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and very well serviced. Fortunately, the people were very flexible in our case, as we needed to extend our stay with two days, due to unforeseen circumstances. This was no problem. The apartment was very clean and the amenities present were very good. The location is a bit further away from the touristic center of town, but the public transportation in Sydney is very well organized, so this is not a major issue. Being close to Central Station certainly provides flexibility. I would certainly highly recommend a stay at Botanik!

Bright spacious accommodation - conveniently close to public transport

Me and my family is very happy staying at Botanik Apt, definitely we will recommend to our family and friends, so comfort and cozy, nearby central station and easy to reach Bus going anywhere.

We booked 3BR, room pretty spacious, complete facilities to enable you to cook and do laundry.
I would definitely come back when we travel to Sydney again. The Warm host, Suzanne welcoming us when we arrived and very helpful when we left something in the Apt. Highly appreciated.
