Very useful 24-hour reception. Kind staff accepted and fulfilled my requests. The room was very clean at my arrival, with modern and minimal decor. I booked a single room but I found a double bed. The bathroom was very nice, probably recently renovated, with everything necessary. Spacious shower box. Everything was working as expected. AC was available but I never used it. The railroad is 30 meters away, and the planes approaching the airport fly over the building, but the room soundproofing is acceptable. (but bring earplugs if u have light sleep). The Wi-Fi was free and working perfectly. I do not see many reasons to stay in that area, but if you need, I think it is good value for money. 20 minutes by taxi from SAW airport, 7 min walking from the Marmaray metro line (that brings you to the Bosphorus and Istanbul city center in 1h) or promenade, 10 from the Pendik shops and restaurants area. On Saturday a bazar for locals (no turistic stuff) appears nearby.
Only one reception staff member speaks English; for everyone else, the phone translator is necessary. I wanted a NON SMOKING room but my room had a light smell of it, and apparently all rooms are "SMOKE FREE" instead (as they told me). There are NO CLOSETS or DRAWERS in the room, only one short metal rod to hang 3-4 things, maybe acceptable if you are staying 2 nights, otherwise annoying. After 5 days, I had to specifically request that they clean the room floor and to do something about the smoke smell inexplicably increasing. The next morning the floor was swiped, and the smoke smell almost disappeared. Be aware, there is no elevator (not a problem for me). Only 4-5 TV channels are actually visible; no smart TV or other entertainment is available. No breakfast option available (at least none was proposed to me)

Not a lot
The restaurant and bar were closed. Noisy rail line right by the hotel. If I stay over again I will use a larger hotel with all the facilities and sound proofed rooms
Everything i like in this hotel, view, clean, comfortable bed, bath and garden, people always are very friendly.

La ducha se inundaba, pero fue rápidamente solucionado.
Muchos zancudos con sangre dentro, la verdad fue absolutamente desagradable tener que controlarlos. Esto se soluciona si realizan fumigaciones para evitar enfermedades de transmisión por picaduras
The rooms are new, the bed was very comfortable - perfect for sleeping. Aircon is great. Shower was really great, nice and big - very happy with the bathroom. Very clean, not even dust on the top of the TV! The staff were exceptional! They helped me find whatever I needed. I really had a wonderful experience. It’s walking distance from Greenpark Pendik Conference facilities.
The room was a bit small, but perfect just for sleeping. No cupboard for clothes, so living out of your suitcase. They do have hangers though. Tip: hang your clothes in the bathroom to steam, then move to the bedroom to dry overnight.
