O entendimento foi excelente, porém as acomodações tem muito a desejar, a internet não funciona, não consegui usar a tv, o quarto além de pequeno não havia espelho e o ar-condicionado não tem controle, a piscina suja

Local sujo, desorganizado, como varias pragas (rato, barata e lagartixas). Não tive coragem de tomar o café no local.

O quarto reservado era insalubre, estava mofado e muito sujo. Sem condição de receber alguma pessoa lá.
Por isso, mudei de quarto e paguei mais por isso, nem ao menos me ofereceram algum desconto.

Pros:

Equipe bastante atenciosa!! No entanto, alguns detalhes deixam a estadia menos confortável, como a ausência de uma cortina ou box no banheiro, fazendo com que o banheiro fique todo molhado o tempo todo!! Outra falha é falta de tomadas elétricas - Só tinha 1 tomada disponível no quarto inteiro! Outro detalhe que senti falta foi um pequeno guarda roupa para ajudar na acomodação dos hóspedes. A localização do hotel é boa, ficando numa área bastante aconchegante e próxima de lanchonetes ,bares e de uma galeria onde é possível fazer compras de vários itens básicos para uma viagem confortável
