breakfast is okay. Some staffs are pleasant and friendly. Quite clean but housekeeping staff lacks the attention to details.

Pros:

The manager was unwilling to do anything for me. I had cut my trip shorter by several days and ask the hotel if they could do something more than 2 weeks before my arrival and after multiple emails, no answer!
The room I was in had a bad leak in the bathroom and there was 1/2" of water standing there, after several days of me telling them they never fixed it and just changed my room.
The rooms are also incredibly small, but given the location and price, it is not a bad deal! If they had a nicer manager I would've given them one more star.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がよかったです。朝のフライトだったので11時前につきましたが、20分ほどで清掃を済ませてチェックインさせてもらえました。
部屋もタオルも清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。
お湯はさっとシャワーをあびる分には問題ありませんでしたが、長く出しているとお湯が尽きてしまうようで、途中から水になりました。
アメニティは持って行った方がいいです。シャワールームには液体ボディソープしかありません。
立地もよかったです。トランスジャカルタの乗り場も近いですし、タクシーも近くでつかまります。
全体的にとても満足しています。
欲を言うなら、ドライヤーとハンガーがあれば最高だったのになぁ…というくらいです。
