Bien mais des choses à améliorer au niveau des chambres.

L’hôtel est bien situé, le personnel est agréable, les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

L’état de la chambre laisse à désirer, des tâches au niveau du plafond, la chambre était petite ( ce qui est dommage vu le prix qu’on a payé ).

Fotos komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid
Pros:

Het zwembad had comfortabele bedjes en het restaurant op het dak was goed

Cons:

De foto’s die getoond worden van de kamers komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid. De “badkamer” bestond uit een bad (die niet goed door stroomde) waarin je moest douche en een wc. Het was erg krap met de deur open doen waardoor de “voeten handdoek” elke keer weggehaald moest worden anders kon de deur niet dicht. De wastafel zelf was geplaatst naast de kledingkast (buiten de badkamer). Ook was er een vocht probleem, zowel de handdoeken als zwemkleding droogde niet. Bij de airco was er duidelijk schimmel zichtbaar op het plafond. Ook de deuren hielden vocht vast, zo zat 1x zelfs de deur zo klem dat we samen geduwd/getrokken hebben om hem open te krijgen. Daarnaast was het erg slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je iedereen hoorde langs lopen op de gang

A comfortable stay in a great location with an excellent rooftop, but with a few issues.
Pros:

- Really nice rooftop area with amazing views of Tibidabo and the Sagrada Família.
- Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
- Great location.
- The air conditioning in my room was great, although I heard other guests saying theirs wasn't working.

Cons:

- The first room smelled mouldy, but the staff kindly moved me to another room.
- The pool is very shallow, only a few feet deep, so it's not great for swimming or properly relaxing in.
- The ice machine on our floor didn't work.
- Water and coffee pods weren't replaced daily.
- Parts of the rooms were a bit run down in places, particularly the shower floor and shelving in the bathroom.
