Terrible service and a mess of a stay!

Great aesthetics and great location

Cons:

So it took me an hour to get my room and then when given my room key I was given another person room - which was embarrassing! They were not empathetic at all and just said sorry and offered breakfast! If I wanted breakfast I would have ordered it. Then the room are not smart tv they do not have Netflix or any other streaming channels so had to watch tv off my screen phone in a 4 star hotel. They say the hotel rooms are soundproof I could hear the couple next door having sex so interrupted me through out the night! And then on check out not once was I asked how my stay was. They did send me a plate of fruit to say sorry and again without knowing so a man was knocking on my door without explanation to a female in a room. A terrible stay for me will not be staying here again. Just didn’t meet a 4 star requirement at all and service was terrible!

Pros:

The hotel was clean and nice, and the location was excellent. However, it was definitely not worth the price we paid because it was just an average hotel, especially the rooftop area.

Good hotel for sightseeing
Pros:

-Good location
-Room was nice overall
-Friendly staff

Cons:

-Food was cold even though we went early for breakfast
-Powercut in room and told to just "wait in our room for a while" whilst it was pitch black
-Wear and tear on some parts of the room
-Pool area closes quite early not just the pool itself
