Hotel Austria is a great place to stay in Leon. The staff were very friendly, the hotel room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect too. One block from Central Square.

Excellent oasis of calm and order only one block from the Central Park.

Rooms are rather dark; small, stained glass windows. Pillows made of cotton wool the cheapest type. No balconies despite lots of possible space Like an American motel?

Spent two evenings in Hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Ate breakfast at hotel. Room provides safe, air conditioning and TV. Room was quiet. Hotel is about three minutes from La Catedral. Location is good since you have a lot of things nearby. You are able to purchase water and soda at reception area

The rooms are basic but do have air-con.
The hotel does not have a pool and overall is looking a bit tired. The breakfast was very ordinary and there is no bar.
I stayed here as part of a group tour and even our guide thought this hotel was not of a suitable standard and had advised the tour company to consider an alternative.
The staff were friendly, but I would not stay here again.

First of all staff: the hotel guard noticed that one of the tiers in my car is without air. Ups. What to do? Fortunately, the hotel owner called the rental company and described the situation (what could I do with my poor Spanish?). The answer was that I needed to repair tier by myself....Additional ups. But again the owner helped me with the compressor and explanations where and how. Beside this, the private parking in the center of Leon is a huge advantage.

Great place to stay in Leon. Very central, can walk everywhere, one block from the cathedral. Very friendly service. Clean but basic. Good breakfast included. Another plus is the parking lot on site. Everything is very easily accesible. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, right in the centre of the city. However, the rooms were located around a courtyard so it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was reasonable. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a big car park with security.

Excellent hotel and service! Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. They will make you feel at home. I’ve visited this beautiful country several times and will continue to stay at Hotel Austria for all future visits. Thank you for the hospitality.
