Bella Vista Resort Belize

It was in a good location a bit north of San Pedro which was fine with a golf cart.

Cute little resort with the nicest staff. Highly recommend!
Good food, private location, beautiful view, clean rooms

From the moment we were greeted at the ferry terminal until the time we left the resort, the people at Pur Bella Vista treated us like we were the only ones there.

It's very hard to give Great service while at the same time giving people enough space to really enjoy their surroundings and to relax and enjoy themselves while on vacation

We stayed in the Sea Turtle suite. A lovely one bedroom, one bath with a sitting area and kitchenette overlooking the pool.

We always like to split our time between whatever resort we are at and the local area. The nights we were at the resort the live entertainment they had was very good. Every night we were there a couple or a group was in the special dining area, celebrating a birthday or an anniversary.

The resort is closed on Tuesdays so we went to the sister resort Pur adults only. With a swim up bar at the small pool. It was the perfect afternoon.

So I'm a happy camper and I look forward to our next visit.

The perfect ending was when our driver dropped us off at the terminal and he said I won't say goodbye, but I will tell you see you again.

Very small place. Only about 6 rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Rooms are ok. Very quiet. If you want a piece full place to stay, this is it.

Bella Vista was a great stay! The food was delicious at Ajis (the key lime pie was amazing and breakfast was very tasty), the dock was perfect to be picked up for activities. The pool was lovely. The staff were fabulous - Daid was very helpful, supporting us with pick up and check in, and our return to the airport! We stayed in the Tarpon Room (Lakeview) - the cabin itself was very cute, well decorated and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to make our own breakfast some mornings. Great wifi connection!

There is a lot of things that jumped out at me that were just amazing. The staff first and foremost were first class. We never felt more safe and just taken care of. They were just amazing and the ambience. The atmosphere of the entire establishment was so cozy. Food is great.

The owner Mr. Mike was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was five star. The food was excellent five star.. the service and cleaning was excellent. The day was enjoyable.. We will come back again again

Bella Vista was good for what we paid. I can’t brag enough on the friendly, and accommodating staff. The place is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious.
The mirror in the bathroom could be replaced, also on our last day the sewer smell came through the toilet. Besides that, we had a decent stay at Bella vista. They did not have breakfast available, as advertised, (my favorite meal).. but we did eat dinner there one night which was delicious.

Not bad at all, slept well, great location. Sites a bit scruffy around the edges ABBA no double glazing and glass Louvres means most ac was going out the window.

I found this to be a truly wonderful place to stay. The Aji Restaurant, which is attached to the resort, served some of the best food I had on the island—absolutely delicious! My entire experience with the staff was top-notch. The husband and wife owners, along with their daughter and grandson, are warm, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people. Their hospitality made the stay even more memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Resort in San Pedro. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. We stayed in the Tarpon Room, which was even cuter in person—with just the right touch of Belizean charm. The space was perfect, with a cozy living room, a small kitchen area, and a patio to enjoy the breeze.

The pool is in a perfect spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so relaxing to float in the pool while looking out at the water, and they have cute lounge chairs right by the shore to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze. It was about a 15-minute golf cart ride into town, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We’d absolutely recommend Bella Vista Resort and would love to stay again!

We loved staying here. Loved the staff and owners made us feel welcome and when we did have an issue they did fix it right away. The room was spacious. We also loved the food at the restaurant Aja. We loved Dakota the dog of the hotel she is so sweet. Location is pretty good only 10 mins from town San Pedro. Overall I would recommend staying here.
