Cons:

The biggest downside of our stay was the pricing of the extras, which felt completely unreasonable. Breakfast was offered at €15 per person, which we found excessive. Parking was another issue: also €15, which we found quite steep. We parked elsewhere in town and had to walk up about 10 minutes in the rain with our luggages, which was far from ideal. Overall, these additional costs left a negative impression and didn’t feel aligned with the value provided.

Posizione ottima, stanza grande e molto pulita. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è davvero bello, curato e offre tanti servizi. Soggiorno molto piacevole, lo consiglio

Pros:

Las camas eran muy cómodas, era céntrico, el personal muy agradable. Tienen buen desayuno y está muy cerca de los acantilados (de la parte más alta), desde donde puedes ver un fantástico atardecer.

Bueno, amables y buena relación precio calidad en las fechas de Marzo en que fuimos
Pros:

Situación, la habitación ( la 22), las personas de recepción y desayuno
Que tenga parking ( en Zumaia todos los aparcamientos son para residentes)

Cons:

Si no aparcas en el parking del hotel hay que ir muy lejos para dejar el coche

Bien pero caro
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica tanto para visitar el Flysch, como para llegar al centro. La habitación era muy amplia, al igual que el baño y estaba todo muy limpio y era muy silencioso. La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Me parece que el check out es demasiado temprano (10:00 AM). En temporada baja sin desayuno y con el check out a esa hora me ha parecido demasiado caro. Afortunadamente pudimos estacionar en zona blanca (en temporada baja solo está restringido a los residentes en los fines de semana de 10:00-20:00) y no tuvimos que pagar a mayores 15€ de parking. A pesar del precio tampoco nos hemos encontrado ni a una persona del hotel (el check-in se hizo online).

El hotel muy tranquilo y muy limpio y todo el personal muy amable,un detalle muy importante es que tienen máquina de café gratis y microondas a disposición del cliente en un comedor muy acogedor

Creo que estando en invierno, en un lugar como Zumaia, el edredón debe tener puesto el relleno, a pesar de la climatización. Nos lo tuvimos que echar encima
El parking de dentro es pequeño, con tan sólo dos coches aparcados en las plazas centrales, era complicado maniobrar.
