Fris en schoon hotel in bebouwde omgeving
Pros:

Schone ruime kamer met fijne badkamer en prima ontbijt. Goed geïsoleerd en stil, in de nacht was het altijd rustig.

Cons:

Er waren geen mogelijkheden tot ontspanning. Je kon na afloop van de dag enkel op bed gaan liggen. Er was geen zwembad, bar of een lekkere plek waar je nog even kon zitten. Ook het ballon bood daartoe geen mogelijkheden wegens volle zon en het ontbreken van een parasol. Daatbij viel de ligging van het hotel tegen: je zit hier in een meer bebouwd en verstedelijkt gebied dan je zou verwachten.

Erg mooi hotel.
Pros:

Hotel heeft 2 sterren maar verdiend er zeker ééntje bij. Ontbijt was genoeg keuze en zag er allemaal goed uit. De kamers waren netjes schoon en goed verzorgd.

Pros:

I love 24 hour facility to prepare sth to drink in the special room with a rock wall.
Lovely atmosphere, clean, modern interior but matched to a Zumaia nature atmosphere

Pros:

Bâtiment moderne et bien pensé, très bien situé, départ de randonnée au pied de l'hôtel et plage à 5 min.

Cons:

Le parking à 20 euros la nuit alors qu'il n'y aucun parking aux alentours est abusé vu le prix des chambres. La demande d'enregistrement "obligatoire" par internet reçue quelques jours avant alors qu'on était déjà parti de chez nous n'est pas appropriée non plus.

Grappig hotel, prima kamer, schoon en leuk balkon.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met balkon. Ook was het erg netjes.

Cons:

Het hotel vraagt parkeervergoeding. Ik zou dit meer als service verwachten. Te meer omdat het redelijk afgelegen ligt tov alternatieve parkeerplaatsen.

A clean and quiet hotel in Zumaia area
Pros:

Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the quiet area of Zumaia, which is very much near other touristic locations in the region.
The staff was very friendly too - accomodated us very well.

The cleaning is impeccable - best I've seen!

War alles perfekt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen
Pros:

Absolut geniales, kleines, sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit super Service. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage zum Dorf sowie zum Strand. Waren sehr happy. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall enjoyed the stay but pricey for what it is and the AC could be colder.
Pros:

Great staff, clean space, balcony off the room.

Cons:

AC cooled but barely and humidity in the room was evident. I believe the AC needs servicing. It was a lot warmer in our room than the rest of the hotel.

Zentrale Lage - Perfekt zum Genießen von Zumaia
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal um Zumaia wirklich erleben zu können. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 2 Minuten im Ortskern bzw. am zentralen Platz wo sich abends das Viertel trifft.
Das Frühstück passt zur 2 Sterne Kategorie und lässt nichts essentielles vermissen und bietet die Möglichkeit drinnen oder auch draußen zu sitzen.
Wenn möglich ein Zimmer abseits der Straße buchen und im idealfall mit Balkon - so ists ruhiger und man kann noch draußen sitzen.
Die große Dusche war ebenfalls super und die allgemeine Größe des Zimmers auch top um zwei große Koffer ausbreiten zu können.
Das Parken war problemlos möglich - das Hotel besitzt ca. 20 Plätze - wovon 16 am Hotel und 4 eine "Etage" tiefer angeboten werden. Jedoch sind einige Plätze nur mit großem fahrerischen Geschick oder nur mit kleineren Fahrzeugen wirklich nutzbar. Manövrieren ist insbesondere bei der Tiefgarage mit 8 Plätzen schwierig sowie das Drehen auf dem Hof zum Rausfahren über die Rampe.

In Summe bietet das Haus für ein 2* Hotel eine Menge und wirkt frisch renoviert.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schon sportlich - aber wohl der Lage und der Hauptsaison geschuldet.
Die Betten waren grundsätzlich okay - aber im Mittel zu hart. Dies ist aber sicherlich immer Ansichtssache und schwer jedem Recht zu machen.
Bei einem solch großen und breiten Bett wären zwei Decken super - aber die "eine große" Decke bzw. Laken sind eben der Standard im Land.
