Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, offering a very friendly service. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the menu has a nicely varied selection. The breakfast was equally good and served promptly. I liked that I had both a shower and bath in my room. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I found my room a little chilly in the evening. The hospitality tray could have been more generous, just 2 sachets of tea and coffee and 1 packet of 2 biscuits. It was ok as I was on my own but had there been 2 in the double room it may not be enough.

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time.
Pros:

The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. There was a kettle for tea and a hairdryer.

Cons:

The rooms need painting and the flooring was dirty carpet. The shower was in the bath which backed up when you were having a shower, not very pleasant. The doors in the room needed an upgrade.
