Perfect base to explore the area (with own transport)
Pros:

Beautiful swimming pool. Large comfortable rooms with lake view. Everything clean and well maintained. Nice lake side park for walking or jogging close by

Cons:

Shame they don’t offer breakfast but rally nothing not to like

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, der Pool wunderbar gross und an sich hätte es an sich an nichts gefehlt doch

...auf die Frage nach einer zweiten Bettdecke erhielten wir eine aber ohne Überzug. Trotz mehrfachen Bitten im Dialog mit der Dame an der Rezeption gab es kein Erbarmen. Wir erhielten keinen Überzug. Das fanden wir sehr Kunden unfreundlich und haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als wir gute Nacht zu der Dame an der Rezeption sagten erhielten wir keine Antwort. Deshalb Hotel sehr gut doch diese Art mit Kunden um zu gehen geht nicht.

ชั้น 5 แย่มากๆเลย อินเตอร์เนตเช้ามาก เชื่อมต่อเนตไม่ได้เลย ไฟในห้องตกบ่อย ทีวีสัญญาณหายบ่อยมาก ควรปรับปรุงมากๆ

The 5th floor is terrible. The internet is extremely slow and I can’t connect at all. The power in the room keeps dropping, and the TV signal cuts out frequently. It really needs improvement.

Pros:

The screen door on the balcony is very good, it stops the mosquitoes to come in and at the same time you can have a fresh air when you open the glass door on the balcony.Still you can get a fresh air because of that screen slide door .
Daily cleaning of the Room.
Pool is a good size .

Cons:

No Gym .
The AC is very noisy.
No locker.
No cable TV, just local Thai Channels.
Staff is very professional and friendly.
Mattress is soft. Not hard .

Pros:

Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle.

Pros:

Could not fault room in any wày. Breakfast was a bit confused. We were automatically brought a western style breakfast, not being aware that we had a choice or being shown a menu. We subsequently saw that Thai people were brought a Thai style breakfast, which we would have.preferred.

A hotel with much potential.
Pros:

A newly opened hotel and designed quite well. Bearing in mind that Phayao doesn't get the volume of overseas travelers as Chiangmai don't expect total perfection. I was pleased with the room for a one night stay. A nice sized bright room with very comfortable bed, nice small balcony and nice walk in shower. The surprising thing was the huge flat screen TV but unfortunately no international channels. Also unusual was a kettle in the room but no coffee and creamer, only two tea bags.
