Amarah Hotel

Overall good but there receptionist not understanding the value of guest time , there are some policies by hotel that are fully dramatic, but after all are good
Outside view and night and early morning atmosphere are get mind fresh and relaxed

friendly environment, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are good, location is good. overall pleasant stay. i will visit this hotel in future and recommend to all should visit this hotel. city view is mind blowing. from this hotel.

프런트에서 저희가 예약한 사실을 모르고 있는 것처럼 보였다. 이미 호텔스닷컴에서 모든 호텔값을 지불하였으나 체크아웃할 때 요금 내라고 해서 깜짝 놀라 예약된 종이 보여주고 직원이 나중에야 확인하였다. 우리 일행이 총 4개의 객실을 예약하였는데 수건이 비치되지 않은 객실, 드라이어가 없는 객실, 3인용 예약하였는데 추가 배드가 없는 객실 다양한 문제점이 발견되었다. 심지어 추가 배드는 스프링 소리가 나는 더럽고 침대보도 씌우지 않은채로 배달되었다. 몇번 항의한 끝에 싱글침대와 비슷한 침대를 받을 수 있었다. 조식은 맛은 먹을만하지만 종류가 너무 없고 3일 내내 똑같은 음식이라 지겹다. 1박에 1인 묶은 비용(9만원대)과 2인 묶은 비용이 똑같았는데 1인이라면 가격대비 영 아닌 곳이다. 무스카트 외곽이라고 보면 된다. 바로 앞에 오만 몰을 짓고 있으나 현재는 근처에 볼거리는 없다. 근처에 먹을만한 식당, 카페, 조그만 수퍼는 있다.

good hotel in muscat....value for money...staff is very kind...food is good...from my room i can see very beautiful city view.....its worth of paying such amount....i will recommend this hotel to others...malls are on walking distance and one more shopping mall is coming soon bang opposite to the hotel they say it will be the biggest mall then others in oman....everything is good

Room were spacious and clean. I liked the food specially Hyderabadi Biryani. All Staff are good and supporting.I would recommend all to go and visit this place its very low cost and value of money. Wifi is fast

Rooms were spacious and clean. good beds. location is developing area. lots of constructions around and roads are yet to be laid. not very far from the muscat grand mall. Staff were helpful and attended our calls immediately.
Breakfast could have been better. They made the eggs ( omelets and fried eggs) and put the in warmer on the buffet, which made them very hard. But when i asked for fresh fried eggs , the chef made it for us. i
There was no cream or milk powder at the coffee tray in the room. Not everyone drink black coffee or tea. there was no foot mat in the bathroom. we had to ask for it.

Had great difficulty finding the hotel (nearly two hours ) as the address provided by Expedia was in correct. After being mis-guided by many, a local businessmen showed us the way by driving there and we followed. Had it not been for him we would never had found the place.

The hotel manager and staff have been brilliant. Nothing has been to much trouble and we have really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are big and most comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. Highly recommended.

To be honest I don't know where to start but I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel. I stayed at the Amarah with my husband and 2 friends where we had 2 rooms. We stayed a grand total of 1 night out of the 7 that were pre booked as we had to leave due to the dirty rooms and poor service we received.

The reception/ foyer of the hotel was surprising large, spacious and inviting however the rooms did not exude the same vibe. We had 2 rooms between us and both rooms were the same. It seemed to be that the rooms had not been hoovered, dust everywhere and dirty windows. Further to that the bath tub was filthy with the previous customers dirt! We made a complaint and then one of the staff members came to clean this. Unfortunately the hotel would not clean the dust for us despite our complaints and this was a big issue as a couple of us suffered with dust allergies.

during out second day we had had enough as the staff were extremely rude and unwilling to assist us. We made the decision to leave but it took us 4/5 hours to get the hotel to refund us with our money!!

Once we managed to get our refund we booked ourself a room in Somerset within the Panorama Mall which is a 5/10 minute walk down the road from Amarah which was AMAZING in comparison.

If you have any standards of cleanliness I would avoid this place.

this hotel is just opened six months ago, so facility is rather new. staff is nice and supportive.

It was a good experience. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms and general enviornment. Staff was helpful. A great value for money.

Nice stay. Quiet, pretty, spacious rooms. Great bathrooms for a Muscat hotel - large bath and nice decor.
