misleading service / prestation mensongère

Après 1h d'attente a l'accueil pour avoir quelqu'un qui est au courant de notre arrivée, on nous indique que notre réservation a changé et que n'avons plus les bungalows que nous avions loué individuellement.
2h après notre arrivée nous avons eu la responsable aux téléphones et 40 minutes de bataille pour faire comprendre notre réservation on laisse tomber pour ne pas dormir dehors et accepter ce que le propriétaire nous propose.

3 réservation différentes pour 3 bungalows individuel en bord de plage et indépendant.
Pour finalement avoir une maison sale sans intimité pour deux couple, une cuisine où je n'oserais même pas déposer à manger et un bungalow coller à d'autres ou l'on entend le voisins respirer pour le troisième couple.

Un manque de respect, des photos mensongère et une gestion catastrophique et le prix qui ne correspond absolument pas a la description.

After 1 hour of waiting at reception to have someone aware of our arrival, we were told that our reservation had changed and that we no longer had the bungalows that we had rented individually.
2 hours after our arrival we had the manager on the telephone and 40 minutes of battle to make our reservation understood we gave up so as not to sleep outside and accept what the owner offered us.

3 different reservations for 3 individual bungalows on the beach and independent.
To finally have a dirty house with no privacy for two couples, a kitchen where I wouldn't even dare to leave food and a bungalo

A hidden gem in Puerto Galera
Pros:

This is a favorite haunt of mine for the last 6 years. The family who owns/runs the place is friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect for my needs and the price is absolutely fantastic! The restaurant is steps away from your room door, the beach is a backflip away from your lanai and the peace & quiet are superb...

Great service, ok accommodation
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and polite but the room could use a renovation. The beds were comfy, you can’t keep them close to the window because bugs, ants, and lizards will come in. Online it says that there’s AC but only a fan was provided. Also, the electricity went out everyday and was fixed within the hour.
