A peaceful haven in a confusing
Pros:

Boulevard Hotel is well located just a short walk from Republic Square. I found Yerevan confusing, the footpaths bad and the roads horrible but every time I returned to this hotel things were calm. My room was nice with good bedside tables, power points and lamp switches. The shower was good. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast started late like everywhere in the Caucasus, there was a small selection but had some tasty options like boiled eggs and cereal.

Cons:

The heated towel rack never worked even though I asked for it to be fixed as it was constantly raining and I wanted a way to dry my wet clothes. The toilet paper holder fell off every time I used it. I never worked out how to use the heater (maybe my fault) and was cold in the room. All of these are fairly minor.

Pros:

Отличный отель с прекрасной локацией! Очень тихо и уютно, несмотря на удобное расположение. Отдельно хочется отметить работу консьержа — внимательное и приятное обслуживание.

Номер просторный, комфортный, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Завтрак сытный и разнообразный.

Рядом — кафе Paul с шикарными десертами, парк и ресторан Seven, так что всё необходимое для приятного отдыха буквально в нескольких шагах.

С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь ещё раз!

Excellent emplacement dans l'hyper centre, très bon rapport qualité / prix

Hôtel avec un emplacement excellent en plein Erevan, inégalable près du métro, des restaurants, dans l'hyper centre. La chambre très propre et confortable, et le petit déjeuner simple mais bon et copieux. Le personnel est très gentil. C'est vraiment un excellent rapport qualité / prix. Pas de parking pour la voiture, il faut se garer dans un parking à proximité.

Out of 4 hotels I tried in Yerevan this was the best
Pros:

V good location. A good breakfast included. Staff flexible to requests. Coffee spots, good restaurants, Opera/Ballet all a hop, skip and jump around the hotel.

Hotel s výbornou lokalitou a fantastickými raňajkami. Milý personál, bezproblémové ubytovanie v neskorých nočných hodinách. Keďže je to centrálna časť, výrazne hlučné, ale nič strašné, jednoducho bežný ruch veľkomesta.

Great location, clean, but old and AC is bad, beds are stiff and small
