Great stay on Soi 10....
Pros:

Third or 4th stay here. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel does not have luggage racks and did not have face washcloths. Everything was GREAT. Will be back.....

Great location, rooftop pool was OK, more modern than the neighboring hotels, nice balcony with chairs and table.
Pros:

Great location, great staff, great amount of international tv channels for news etc.

Cons:

Bed too hard for me, I mentioned it to the staff and they said they could’ve put a topper to make it softer, so next time I know. The fitness center did not have Ac, at least not turned on-doors wide open to it.

You will be happy at the Stay Hotel
Pros:

The Stay is my favorite hotel in Pattaya. They never disappoint. There are 4 bottles of water provided. The shower is large enough for 3 people.

Cons:

The sheets were itchy this time. They are usually much softer

Good location, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, but the room quality was slightly inconsistent.
Pros:

The hotel is nicely located in a quiet area and the staff were polite and welcoming. One of the rooms we received was very nice, clean, and had a pleasant smell. The beds were comfortable and overall the property appeared clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The second room had a noticeable moldy smell, which made the experience less comfortable. Apart from that, everything else during our stay was fine.
