The best hotel we’ve stayed in for many years
Pros:

The best hotel we’ve stayed in for many years (and we’ve stayed in plenty of 5-star grand hotels). The staff here are incredibly friendly – service is their top priority – simply perfect. The architecture and the rooms are also outstanding in every respect. Everything here is just right! The management and staff do an absolutely perfect job! Hats off to them!

An amazing hotel in a fantastic city.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the hotel itself breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast was like having a meal at your favourites aunts house. The attention to detail was superb

Cons:

The hotel booked our parking however, the instructions were incorrect the shop that they directed us to had been shut down so we drove around for 30 minutes trying to find the parking

Le plus bel hôtel de Gand !
Pros:

TOUT était PARFAIT ! L’accueil très chaleureux, la chambre était sublime, l’hôtel est magnifique et emplacement idéal ! Les cocktails au bar et petit déjeuner sont excellents. Et pour un séjour parfait nous avons même eu une merveilleuse attention pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint ! Encore merci pour ce magnifique séjour dans votre hôtel !
