Ich habe nichts erwähnt und sie haben mein Geburtstag herausgefunden. Zum Frühstück gab es ein Glas Champagner und später gabs im Zimmer eine süsse Ueberraschung und ein Happy Birthday Ballon, das war sehr aufmerksam. Zusätzlich hat das Personal mir persönlich zum Geburtstag gratuliert, besser geht kaum. Am Morgen leckeres Frühstück und am Abend eine tolle Bar.

Cons:

Als Alleinreisender, wenn man in die Bar eintritt, sollte man hören, wo man Platz nehmen darf, am Mittwoch musste ich mir anhören, wo ich mich überall NICHT hinsetzen sollte (da sie die Tische für eine grössere Gruppe besetzen möchten). Bitte anstelle "negativ" beginnen, immer mit dem positiven beginnen, dann ist die Atmosphäre auch schon ganz anders und entspannter.

Superbe expérience à recommander sans modération!
Pros:

Absolument tout. L’hôtel est bien situé, propre, confortable et le personnel bienveillant.
Ce fut un très agréable séjour que je recommande vivement.

Cons:

On ne peut pas dire pas aimé. S’il y une marge de progression, c’est d’améliorer l’espace entre le lit et la fenêtre dans le duplex.

Pros:

Wat een hotel! Super mooi aangekleed, enorm ruime en fijne kamers. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en professioneel. Het hotel ligt op een top locatie in het midden van Gent en heeft een fantastische uitstraling, zowel van buiten als van binnen. In een woord: fantastisch!
