The lobby could be air- conditioned. The bathrooms could have a ventilation system. For a 4-star hotel, it could have iron boxes in the rooms. The kettle was broken.

Pros:

Tranquil environment and friendly staff .Room service was pretty quick . Location is very close to all shopping centre . Restaurant -good was delicious with many choices .
