Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen
Pros:

Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Aussicht (von unserem Balkon), das supernette Personal, das umfangreiche Frühstück. Und Monschau lohnt unbedingt einen Besuch.

Cons:

Die komplizierte Bedienung des TV mit Sky (aber wir waren ja nicht zum Fernsehen da :-))

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage!
Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge vor Ort oder auch Richtung Belgien.

Cons:

Es gab ein Problem mit dem Zimmernachbarn.
Der zeigte sich uneinsichtig als wir die Thematik angesprochen hatten.
Das hat unseren Aufenthalt getrübt.
Das Personal hatten wir daraufhin einbezogen. Es war bemüht, schnell für eine gute Lösung zu sorgen.
