Enjoyed our short stay. Will book again.
Pros:

Location is superb. It’s quiet and very private. The lake view from the hotel room evokes feelings of serenity. The Staffs are attentive and very helpful. The outdoor onsen is a welcome surprise. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended. It’s about 10min walk to the Torii of Peace.

Cons:

Not that it’s something that I didn’t like, just worth mentioning that it’s an older building but well maintained. It’s also a bit pricy.

A very relaxing staff. I enjoyed the view, the beautiful gardens, and the delicious food.
Pros:

The food was excellent. The service and attentiveness from staff was also exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable staying here.

— to provide english version of the navigation in the awesome hotel garden
— to extend free lounge bar till 10 a.m — there is no coffee at the breakfast, we wanted to have some coffee after the breakfast— app.9,45 a.m. — but it was too late already..((
