La situation géographique des lieux est remarquable, la tranquillité et le confort sont au rendez-vous, quant à la navette de l'établissement elle est très appréciable.

Cons:

Hélas le tarif excessif de la restauration, que ce soit petit-déjeuner ou dîner. C'est pour cette raison que nous n'avons pas profité de ce service.

Pros:

２年ぶりぐらいに訪問させていただき、少し変わったな、よくなったなと思うことがありました。以前はお部屋に備えられていたアメニティが大浴場に置かれ、必要な場で必要なもの選んでを使う…というやり方になっていました。また、私は今回、夕食を和食、朝食を洋食で楽しみましたが、朝食がメインディッシュ以外はビュッフェスタイルになり、これもまた好きなものを好きなだけ各自取って食べられるようになっていました。諸事情によるものでしょうが、物にしても食べ物にしても廃棄物の削減ができるのではないかと好ましく思いました。ラウンジでのフリードリンクサービスがある(時間帯による)のも嬉しかったです！
館内の清潔さや過ごしやすさ、お食事が美味しいこと、温泉はもちろん！そしてスタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティの素晴らしさは変わらずで、私はますます山のホテルが大好きになりました。また何度でも伺いたいと思っています。

La experiencia del olsen está muy bien. Y el desayuno mirando al monte fuji nos encantó

Está un poco envejecido. Se nota que requiere de una reforma para actualizar el hotel. La ubicación está alejado de un núcleo grande (con lo cual se respira tranquilidad) pero no encontramos donde cenar cerca fuers del hotel a las 7 de la tarde

Lovely location but sadly a horrible breakfast left us hungry

The location was fantastic. It was a classic building which has been looked after well.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. There was almost no choice and the food we were served tasted horrible. It really let the hotel down. There was nowhere else to eat so we were starving!
There was also many strange rules that made no sense. No coffee allowed in the Japanese breakfast restaurant. Only green tea. You could not drink coffee for breakfast??? No wine outside the lounge they serve wine in, although they provide table and chairs outside?? All made the stay less enjoyable

這是媽媽第一次的國外旅行，讓她留下很好的印象，飯店每個服務都很貼心，讓人有回家也有度假的感覺，退房時已經在想「下次還要來」。特別想分享，我們是素食者，餐廳的服務人員很細緻的詢問每個食材，用心讓人感動。

復古的氛圍，親切的服務，會讓人有回家的感覺，在房間坐著就很有度假的感覺。

Cons:

不能說不喜歡，而是比較可惜的地方：網路上推薦飯店的素食懷石料理，在預訂後的用餐溝通後才發現只能提供法式素食料理，衷心期待能推出不含動物成分的日料。(補充：法式料理也超級棒，儀式感、口味都讓人驚豔)

昔からある由緒正しいこじんまりしたホテルで、食事の選択肢が多いわけでなく、大浴場もコンパクトですが、すべてにおいて品質やサービスがよく、満足度が高いです。
特にお料理が素晴らしく、夕食もさることながら、朝食は芦ノ湖を見下ろしながら、鳥のさえずりを聴いて涼しい中でロケーションもよいのでぜひ堪能して欲しいです。
