Great waterfront location a short walk from the Old Town
Pros:

Brilliant location on the river. About 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, which was ideal to escape the tourist hub. Really friendly staff and very helpful

Cons:

I was tempted to dock a point as it soured at the end. They asked for cash payment for beer/water etc despite taking card for the room. I asked them simply to combine it and apparently 'management' says they can't. Deeply irritating as there's no notice cash is needed and they said I could just walk to an ATM on the last morning. Don't get it. Please change. Breakfast very basic (but fine for me so no points docked again). AND 3rd floor (attic) rooms are a real slog with no lift. Doesn't detract enough though

Pros:

La location è in centro di Hoi An in una zona tranquilla di fronte al fiume, nelle pressi ci sono negozi e ristoranti per tutti i gusti, Le spiagge si possono raggiungere nell'arco di 30 minuti attraverso servizi di trasporto locali.
La camera molto ampia e pulita, con aria condizionata e frigo bar e valore aggiunto un piccolo terrazzino sotto tetto. Il bagno di comfort e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile da subito. La colazione è essenziale e a disposizione sul momento una proposta di piatti caldi. L'hotel non ha l'ascensore.

Very good place—I keep coming back every time I’m in Hoi An and it consistently delivers. It’s a family-run hotel with a warm, genuinely friendly staff. Even after check-out, they let me use the facilities all day until my late flight, which really makes a difference.

better than the rating given I believe, apart for the lift concern
Pros:

staff were very attentive and helped with all requests and tour opportunities. Breakfast was more than adequate. Hotel right on the river front. we had a nice balcony, also a small pool. 3 stories with 15 rooms so get in early. Great location and close to the markets etc etc

Cons:

for the elderly or those with any leg problems there is no lift unfortunatley, so if booking would suggest asking for room om first floor

Peaceful riverside stay with amazing hospitality in Hoi An
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Riverside White House Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect...peaceful by the river but still close enough to easily get into the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. A pool side room was a bonus. Breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety and fresh options each morning.
