No lift - only stair access 😩

Lovely friendly hotel in great location.
Pros:

Great location close to town but away from the madness. The staff were helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Lovely river front location.

Cons:

The “balcony” on the 3 rd floor rooms are not really balconies. I had specifically looked for a room with a balcony overlooking the river and this did not quite come up to expectations. The lower floors did have better balconies.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit großen bequemen Zimmern
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Der Blick auf den Fluss super.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war sehr gut (mit Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit ins Stadtzentrum).
Ich würde wieder dort wohnen bei der nächsten Reise.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel keinen Aufzug (aber die Angestellten sind beim Koffertragen hilfsbereit). Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein.

Expensive but acceptable
Pros:

Great location with lovely view of the river . Quite a basic room, bed not very comfortable, tv was local Vietnamese free to air options only. Breakfast options were very limited and pretty average. Staff were very helpful. Found price of stay to be on the higher side. We paid more for this 3 star accommodation in Hoi An than we did for 5 star options in Da Nang.

Cons:

Only one room card so could not leave aircon on and came back to a hot room, even when curtains were left closed to reduce heat, housekeeping opened while we were out for the day.

Loved it and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Short distance from the Old Town.
Nice big rooms with great views of the river. You can watch the boats riding up & down at night all lit up with lanterns.
Staff are fantastic, very helpful and will organize tours, taxis, etc.

Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and always willing to please. The location was very convenient but not too noisy.
Very clean. The breakfast was good and they tried to accommodate to your likings. Lots of good restaurants in the area and great coffee shop almost across the street from the hotel.

Cons:

No elevator!

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful especially when helping to get our luggage delivered when it ended up on the wrong flight. Short walk to old town and right on the river with restaurants close by - great location.

Dejlig afslappende sted
Pros:

Ligger lige ud til vandet. Lidt væk fra den indre gamle by, men med kun 5 min gang er det stadig lige i nærheden, så perfekt lokation.
Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og altid klar til at hjælpe. Dejlig morgenmad.
