Superlocatie voor een korte vakantie op Schier
Pros:

Het is een heel sfeervol hotel waar je ook erg lekker kunt eten. Het ontbijt is werkelijk heel uitgebreid en smaakvol. Er is een groot terras waar je gezellig kunt zitten met rondom de typische dorpse sfeer van Schier.
De kamers zijn niet overdreven groot maar voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Je moet wel een trap op om ze te bereiken. De badkamer is compact maar met douche, toilet en wastafel is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig; er hangt een groot TV scherm en er is prima gratis wifi. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Een superplek voor een korte vakantie waarbij je Schiermonnikoog wilt leren kennen.
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gaat ver om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.

Kleines aber feines Hotel direkt im Ort, Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr sauber. Zimmer sind hellhörig, was aber an der niederländischen Bauweise liegt. Schräg gegenüber ist die Dorfkirche mit dem entsprechenden "Glockenspiel".
Frühstück ist ok, das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Below expectation, so it was disappointing particularly regarding staff and service quality. Would not recommend it!
Pros:

It is centrally located and the restaurant interior was modern. Breakfast was pretty okay.

Cons:

For the price you pay, you get little in return: service was below the standard (inattentive, unprofessional, and comprised mostly of inexperienced very young staff); no proper welcome, they were too busy with the restaurant and neglecting the hotel guests; the room was outdated with uncomfortable beds (twins even though we asked for a double bed); the bathroom was very dark and also not well ventilated. In short, it was disappointing!

Pros:

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk - zeer uitgebreid. De locatie uitstekend. En het restaurant aanbevelingswaardig.

Cons:

De kamer was adequate, maar al het chroom in de badkamer is verroest. Zelfs de rand van de spiegel is verroest. Zo ook de radiator.

Fijn hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Fijne bedden, prima badkamer, goede locatie, lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Doordat we een schuin dak hadden was de kamer aan 1 kant wat krap. En ik vond hem vrij prijzig.

Très bon Service de chambre à l’écoute et prêt à vous fournir du café, du shampoing ou des serviettes

Cons:

Nous avons été accueilli très froidement par la propriétaire de l’établissement, ce qui nous a décourager de dîner dans le restaurant

Zeer ontspannend verlof gehad.
Pros:

Zeer goed ontbijt. De kamer op het gelijkvloers is een meerwaarde omdat de fietsen niet in de regen moeten staan. Restaurants en warenhuis zijn nabij.

Cons:

Het eten in het restaurant viel tegen. We hadden goed doorbakken gevraagd maar ontvingen saignant (medium rare).
Bovendien was het vlees taai.

Super locatie en heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs
