The location is perfect. Close to everything. Great service by the staff. Roms are clean and comfortable

Pillows were very very soft and you could rent extra pillows if desired. Other amenities were just adequate and staff seemed under pressure and did not appear as welcoming as other hotels we have stayed in Japan

Good location. Easy access to train station and all restaurants and shopping.

The room was spacious and the shower room was lovely. Loved the pod shower. No one said to us there was coffee etc in reception, so we didn’t know. Bed was comfy. We paid extra for breakfast. It is not in the hotel but a restaurant next door. I am vegetarian and our hotel in rappongi does an excellent buffet breakfast. When we went next door with our vouchers we waited and eventually the staff came up to us. She took us to a screen to pick what we would like. I explained that I was vegetarian and all the food had eggs but also meat. I asked if I could just have eggs and was told no. Why could they not just put eggs on a plate?! We left and checked out the hotel and returned our vouchers and I said we didn’t take breakfast as I couldn’t get anything. She said nothing so we left. I usually can just work round breakfasts and happy to have whatever I can but annoyed we paid and didn’t know it was a separate place to eat. That should have been said and annoyed we paid for breakfast and then had to go out looking for something elsewhere as we had a train booked and not much time.

Clean, comfort and good location but refrigerator is not cold enough…

The room was small but it was clean. The bathroom was also spacious.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn & Suites in Miami Florida a few times before...(Also booked thru Hotels.com)

We thought we give this a try...Nice lobby with a sitting area and 24h Grind Coffee machine (Loved it)... Friendly staffs speak good English...
We took the Breakfast option (Restaurant is right next door)... absolutely loved it.

We booked the 19 sq. ft. room, but it didn't mentioned it was an accessible room, a VERY SMALL window that has no direct natural light from outside...

Also, they collected 600jpy City Tax at check in which was NOT mentioned anywhere during booking the property.

Both the room & bathroom was clean and spacious...
There were some stains on the bedsheet...we just covered it with the bath towel...
We requested NO cleaning service, so they left the clean towels, slippers, water in a basket outside our room door...

Love the location...with many shops and food place options near by...
There are also 2 big shopping malls, Kuromon Market, Shinsekai and Dotonbori are all within walkable distance...

It was pleasant. Washroom dont have privacy, you could see people through the windows they have, no tub on the washroom [ theres also tears on the walls where our room was at). Very accommodating, free coffee, tea. Friendly staff.

It was ok. The rooms were had some wears on the ceilings of the washroom. When we got inside, there wasnt a lot of amenities. Staff were accommodating, some not friendly. The wooden door of the washroom didnt have any privacy window. Theres no tub. Coffees, tea are free.
