It serious needs, a paint job and revamp to the entire building both in and outside.
Pros:

This was my second stay in this property. I was not impressed with the room at all, old, door handles broken chipped doors n wall paint and basically a smaller room at a higher price than my last stay

Cons:

Breakfast on our last day was ala carte compared to buffet style in the last 2 days of my stay..

Very cozy Atmosphere
Pros:

The street is very beautiful, the hotel is in the city center in the Saryan Street, where actually there are a lot of coffees. The hotel itself is also very beautiful and the rooms are also very comfortable.

Everything was fine!
Pros:

The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! Any questions were answered immediately. Everything was fantastic! The hotel location is perfect! Everything is close by! There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything else nearby. A great place for a short stay.
