Pros:

Konumu iyiydi , yakinda cafeler ve marketler var , calisanlar guleryuzlu

Cons:

Konaklayacagimiz gün sabah 6 da otele vardık odamız boş olmasına rağmen malesef bizi odaya sokmadılar , yatak ve yastik rahat degildi , odamizin hemen yaninda havalandirma vardi ve tum gece çalıştı zor uyuduk.

Nice location, good for price but a bit noisy
Pros:

Prime location right in a middle of Saryan street

Cons:

Since its Saryan, even with best sound-proofing windows its always noisy at night, which might be an issue if your stay is longer and your windows look at Saryan street

Заплатить за комнату обычную 100000 Арм . Драмов? Это ограбление!!!! Безобразие!!!! Этот отель был мой любимый отель из за локации, теперь из за поведения его менеджера, и из за сорванных денег от нас - от постоянных гостей , оставляю на их совести!!!!

Pros:

Отель расположен в центре, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, в номере тепло, учитывая что ночью уже прохладно, полноценный завтрак включён.

Cons:

В номере грязный пол, на ковровом покрытие есть крупный мусор, что свидетельствует об отсутствии уборки пола, сантехника не вымыта, сломаны элементы крана в душе, стекло в душе грязное, полотенце с дырками, душевая зона не герметична, вода проникает в сухую зону ванной комнаты, ручка двери на балкон сломана и т.д., в общем номер требует ремонта.
