Great experience with very kind staff!
Pros:

A great, spacious hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind. They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room since they didn’t have many reservations at the time. They showed us both options and let us choose, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—you can easily walk around the city. Great value for the price as well.

Cons:

There was no elevator, just that!

Struttura molto pulita e personale super disponibile

Cons:

Per sbaglio avevamo prenotato un appartamento che peró risulta fuori dall’hotel in un appartamento non molto tranquillo, abbiamo avuto anche un problema con la camera prenotata perchè a quanto pare una persona nom voleva uscire, il tutto è stato salvato dalla disponibilità di una ragazza alla reception che è sempre stata super disponibile.

Le persone alla reception e il personale di servizio, tutti gentilissimi e disponibili, nulla da dire. La posizione ottima!

Cons:

Il fatto che una sola di loro (la receptionist) parlava inglese, gli altri nulla. Per il resto, la struttura è da migliorare tanto per il prezzo pagato. In termini di pulizie, colazione (qualità bassa) e in generale gli "allestimenti" sono tanto da migliorare. Per capirci: c'era un materasso, una rete, le scope, gli asciugamani di ricambio ecc, lasciati lungo il corridoio dove danno le stanze. La hall dell'albergo invaso di pacchi di plastica neri.... Ma si potrebbero anche fare piccoli miglioramenti che non richiedono spese: ad es. avevo in stanza un bollitore ma non qualche bustina di te/caffe e zucchero (che senso ha?). Però gli ho chiesto il caffe e me lo hanno portato loro subito e non me lo hanno fatto pagare: quindi, ribadisco, gentilissimi!! Altro esempio, lenzuola/coperte/asciugamenti puliti ma molto vecchi, mobili vecchissimi, e un pò di cattivo odore all'ingresso dell'albergo (però capisco che e su questo occorrerebbe un notevole investimento).

Locația este foarte bună, aproape de Piața Republicii, de unde se poate ajunge pe jos la majoritatea locurilor de interes turistic, cât și la restaurantele cu mâncare locală foarte bună. Micul dejun poate fi îmbunătățit, dar nu pleci flămând de la masă. Personal foarte primitor și de ajutor. Vorbesc foarte bine limba engleză.

Cons:

Am achitat pentru cazare pentru 3 adulți. Ni s-a oferit un apartament cu un dormitor în care patul a fost mare si confortabil, dar în cealaltă cameră era o canapea si s-a mai amplasat un pat pliant care nu a fost deloc confortabil pentru dormit. Din descriere, înțelesesem că vom primi o cameră cu paturi ”normale” și nu cu pat suplimentar, pliant.
