Hotel in posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza della Repubblica e dal Mercato Vernissage.
Il vero punto forte è la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff nell'esaudire le richieste e nel mettere a proprio agio il cliente.
Camera ampia e spaziosa.
Colazione abbondante sia dolce sia salata.

Pros:

ОЧЕНЬ понравился отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Мгновенная реакция на все просьбы. Комфортный завтрак. Прекрасное месторасположение - 5 мин до площади, напротив отличный круглосуточный магазин, обменник.

Cons:

Номера конечно требуют реновации, и постоянно куча багажа на входе. создающие неопрятность.

Отличный отель для остановки в Ереване, сочетание комфорта, качества и удобного расположения.
Pros:

Отличное расположение , рядом с основными достопримечательностями. На такси до сердца центра Еревана 7 минут без пробок. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене. В номере было чисто, уютно.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, хорошее расположение отеля. Уборка ежедневная, качественная, каждый день обновляют шампуни и мыла (не в каждом отеле ежедневно это делают). В номере батарея, а не просто кондиционер, тепло и комфортно, несмотря на сквозняк из окна. Много ящиков и шкафов для вещей-удобно.
Уезжали рано, пропускали завтрак- собрали с собой.

Cons:

Отель, видимо, недавно переехал, коробки, пакеты на подоконниках. Вид из окна-на стройку, завтраки-на любителя. Матрасы не слишком новые.

Cons:

Качество завтраков. Странный набор еды. Невкусная еда. Неаккуратность подачи, а именно уставшая, разная посуда, миски с едой поставлены хаотично, просто очень не красиво и не приятно выглядит. Количество мест в столовой не рассчитано на количество отдыхающих, приходилось стоять ждать, пока люди поедят, чтобы можно было сесть за стол. Это очень мешало, так как время рассчитывали, чтобы успеть на экскурсию. Позже уже заранее намного приходили в столовую, чтобы сесть и успеть позавтракать. Также в отеле очень хорошая слышимость метро, но это наверное в центре везде так.

La posizione, staff, prezzo ottimo, pulito anche se vecchiotto.

Cons:

Purtroppo la colazione non era delle migliori, ma probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati noi visto che la variano spesso. La metro passa giusto sotto e potrebbe disturbare chi non ha un sonno pesante.

Останавливалась на одну ночь в этом отеле между рейсами. Хочется отметить внимательное отношение персонала, все очень вежливы и клиенториентированы, скрасили все недочёты и минусы комнаты. Завтрак не по моему вкусу, но и голодным не останетесь, система буфет. Удачное расположение, практически в центре, везде можно дойти пешком. Недалеко 2 станции метро.

Cons:

Недостаточное количество источников света в комнате и ванной, сами лампочки тусклые. Матрас нуждается в замене, продавлен, спать не комфортно. К чайнику и чашкам добавить чайные пакетики, кофе, сахар. Вид из окна на стройку, но красоту за окном никто и не обещал. Под зданием проходит линия метро, слышно поезда и вибрация

Soggiorno veramente piacevole, consigliato.
Pros:

Camera comoda e pulita, bagno e doccia ampi, posizione in centro ottima per girare la città a piedi, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e buona. Posto auto stretto ma gratuito, che nel traffico di Yerevan non è scontato

Peccato manchi l’ascensore.
