One night in Sapa
Pros:

Stayed a night on our way to Laos—perfect pit stop with a comfy bed. Super close to the bus terminal (about 3 minutes), and they let us check in at 3am! Soundproof windows were a lifesaver with all the usual Vietnamese street noise.

Cons:

No real complaints—great value for the price and quality of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. We came in at the middle of the night and they had left us a key on the counter. We could go straight to bed after a long bus ride. The next day they helped us with getting a cab.

Cons:

Unfortunately the fan in our room was broken. It didn't matter that much because it wasn't that hot. Still, it would've been nice for some air circulation.

Great value for money with all the basic amenities
Pros:

Great value for money and prime location
Has all the basic amenities like hot water, a hair dryer, windows, a city view, a wardrobe, bed heater.
The receptionist is very kind and helps whenever an issue arises.

Cons:

The receptionist lacks basic English but managed to translate using apps.
The room should be a little cleaner, and Wi-Fi should be working all the time.
If shower is turned on, entire bathroom gets wet.
