Pros:

A mani basse il letto più comodo del mio soggiorno in Vietnam.
La stanza è anche abbastanza spaziosa.
Anche il bagno è grande rispetto alla media e c'è acqua calda. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Non c'è riscaldamento, può diventare molto freddo, soprattutto la notte, e l'acqua calda dura poco.

Très bon accueil, emplacement parfait.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre qui donne sur la rue avec un karaoké en face, très bruyant mais ils arrêtent assez tôt.
Odeur de remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bains.

One night in Sapa
Pros:

Stayed a night on our way to Laos—perfect pit stop with a comfy bed. Super close to the bus terminal (about 3 minutes), and they let us check in at 3am! Soundproof windows were a lifesaver with all the usual Vietnamese street noise.

Cons:

No real complaints—great value for the price and quality of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. We came in at the middle of the night and they had left us a key on the counter. We could go straight to bed after a long bus ride. The next day they helped us with getting a cab.

Cons:

Unfortunately the fan in our room was broken. It didn't matter that much because it wasn't that hot. Still, it would've been nice for some air circulation.
