Pros:

Room came with green tea and was comfortable enough for one night.

Cons:

Couldn't get the heater working properly. Breakfast was average. Quite a distance to walk from rinku station (especially with bags).

2人で1万5千円にしては、それに見合った部屋じゃない。
Pros:

飛行機がキャンセルになって急遽取った時に宿泊証明の発行なども対応してもらえた

Cons:

部屋が清掃されていなかった。
ツインで予約したのにシングルベッドだったこと。
部屋に電話がなかったので、疲れ果てた時に苦情も言えなかったこと。
布団がカチカチの煎餅布団だった。

スイートルームを利用できたので親子3人で一緒に泊まることができた。

Cons:

駐車場の案内がなかったので、勘違いして横のパーキングに停めてしまって料金がかかってしまった。

朝食が残念。せめて普通の成分無調整牛乳にしてほしい。

綺麗な海沿い、関空から飛び立つ飛行機を見ながら楽しめるりんくうのアウトレット。　そんな場所まで歩いて2分で行けるホテルでした。　私達は朝食だけご馳走になりましたがバイキング形式でした。又是非利用したいです。

Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かったです。元々和室の部屋でしたが洋室のベットのある部屋に変更してくださりました。私は外国人ですが関係なく丁寧に対応していただいてとても気持ちが良かったです。充電器も貸してくれました！とても助かりました。また周辺もショッピングモールが多く満足感のある旅ができました☺️

I think the room is spacious, perfect for packing before returning home and near shopping rinku outlet and if you have car this hotel is suitable for parking lot.

I think breakfast selection was a bit limited, maybe there weren't many guests on the day I stayed.
