Un final perfect pentru o plimbare de la Erevan la Tbilisi și înapoi
Pros:

Am schimbat cazarea în ultimul moment și am fost foarte inspirată. Am avut parte de unul din cele mai mari - spațioase apartamente pe care le-am închiriat până acum. Living-ul era cât un apartament mai mic. De pe terasă mă uitam în jur și mă credeam undeva la mare, la all inclusive. Dormitoarele spațioase, două băi, o bucătărie open-space utilată, dar pe care am folosit-o doar pentru prepararea cafelei, mașină de spălat, masă și fier de călcat, televizoarele (au rămas nedeschise) uscător de păr...
Apartamentul este ultracentral, ușor de găsit, are în față un parc, o terasă, alături un supermarket și în apropiere încă vreo trei, la doi pași de Piața Republicii.

Cons:

Nu am nicio nemulțumire.

Отличный отдых по приятной цене
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение (рядом с площадью Республики и практически в минуте ходьбы от проспекта Маштоца), огромные апартаменты с балконом (у нас был 5 этаж с видом на Мать Армению вдалеке), доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Если ещё приедем в Ереван, то с удовольствием выберем этот отель🩷

Közel a belváros ,és a főbb látnivalók!
Nagy terasz a szobához! A személyzet nagyon kedves amúgy de angolul nem nagyon beszélnek.

Cons:

A személyzet nem nagyon beszél angolul.
A szobánk tiszta volt de hárman voltunk és csak két törolközött kaptunk,két napba telt mire mindenkinek lett törölközője.
A szoba tágas az ágy kénylemes,de igazi szovjet időket idéz a berendezés és a bútorok,érdemes lenne cserélni.A klíma nem mükődött!
Takarítás egynap sem volt a szobánkban, igaz nem is derült ki van e erre lehetőség.

Pros:

Отменное расположение отеля - в шаговой доступности всех достопримечательностей в центре Еревана. Площадь номера достаточна даже для большой семьи. Шикарная терраса с видом во двор, где можно мило в тишине поесть или просто посидеть.

Cons:

Фонды отеля определенно требуют реновации. На фотографиях все гораздо привлекательнее, чем на самом деле. Мало посуды, в ванне подтекает душевая кабина, крючки разболтаны. Сервис удовлетворительный (с просьбами помогали как могли), но не более. Хотелось больше радушия и участия. Но главная проблема - это общее состояние номера.

mobilier foarte vechi , nu functiona cum trebuie , totul invechit. La 3 barbati ne-au lasat 1 prosop mare de baie si 3 mici , gel de dus o singura sticluta foarte mica, saltele patate

Pros:

Situation vraiment idéale, au cœur du centre ville tout en donnant sur un vaste parc. Suites avec 2 chambres vastes, très bien équipées et avec grand balcon, parfait !

Nice solution in Yerevan
Pros:

Location is very good. Right at the centre and a walking distance to most of attractions. Don't expect too much. If you go out all day and take it only as overnight stays, it will be the best option in Yerevan.

Rooms are spacious. It is actually a small apartment.

Cons:

No trash bins and we asked for one but they were giving us plastic bags to toss the trash in.

You have to ask for cleaning as they won't clean the room unless you leave the keys.

Хорошо, только из-за расположения.
Pros:

Расположение (все локации в шаговой доступности)

Cons:

1. Нет уборки в апартаментах (даже никто не спрашивал нужна ли нам уборка, туалетная бумага и .т.д. - приходилось уточнять самим)
2. В апартаментах есть комната при входе, в которой стоило бы заменить занавески (т.к. они просвечивают и с улицы все видно), а также починить окно, которое НЕ закрывалось полностью. Из-за этого легкая простуда.
3. Не было сковороды
4. Ужасная шумоизоляция. Нам повезло и 3 из 5 дней было тихо, но потом сверху заехали соседи и постоянный топот, скрежет от стульев по полу был невыносим.
5. Стоило бы отремонтировать ванную (возле входа). Потолок весь потек. Пока моешься вода протекает в дверь и при ее открытии выливается на пол. Ужасно шумит вентиляция.

Está reserva tuve q hacerla x q m cancelaron sin aviso en otro hotel, y conseguí Para una estadía d 4 noches, 2 hoteles d 2 noches cada uno!

Pros:

Spacious clean rooms, beautiful drapery, nice sitting area, balcony with table and chairs, 24-hour front desk, helpful staff, central location on a quiet street with all basic amenities.

Cons:

Kitchenware is very minimal: no cutting knife, no deep bowls. Extra kitchen towels or paper towels would be handy. Sample size shampoo packets are hard to use without scissors. Refillable bottles would be more practical.
