Pros:

отель находится в самом сердце города, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом супермаркеты, обменники, огромное количество мест, где можно поесть и на разный кошелек. в отеле можно оплатить наличными, и при этом нет необходимости менять деньги в аэропорту( курс там грабительский). Вы просто оставляете вещи и идете в ближайший обменник. отличный огромный номер, чистота была идеальная, по запросу делают уборку, у нас такой необходимости не было. соотношение цена качество идеальное

не было сковороды, только одна кастрюля. но это не было проблемой, сразу попросили и все. вообщем отличный отель

Poor service with inflated prices and rude, ill-mannered staff.

Cons:

It's incredibly outdated and hasn't been updated. It stinks. Dust and hair are everywhere. The bed linens are threadbare, torn, and smell of cheap soap (they skimp on detergent). It's very noisy under the windows. The elevator is long overdue for retirement and is very loud at night. The curtains don't cover the windows completely. The windows and doors don't work properly. The toilet is inconveniently located. The furniture is broken. The staff has changed. At least they used to be friendly, which is why I stayed there many times, and also because you can smoke in all the rooms. Now they've installed a young, inexperienced, rude guy who has set up his "throne" right next to the reception desk, hired staff younger than himself, and enjoys his power. He even calls my cell phone and berates me for my bad review. I travel a lot all over the world, and it's a shame that in my home country, with such a dynamically growing tourism industry, there is such poor service with inflated prices and rude, ill-mannered staff.

За свои деньги хороший вариант в центре.
Pros:

Расположение очень удобное. Машину смогли поставить прямо у входа. В 5-15 минутах множество классных кафе.
Удобная уютная постель. Нормальный душ со стеклянной перегородкой.
Есть даже биде. Большой вместительный шкаф. На кухне в целом есть все что нужно, но не хватает скороводки, нормальной доски разделочной, глубоких тарелок.
Круглосуточная стойка. Есть лифт.
Нам нужен был номер с диваном и кухней, так что апартаменты очень подошли. С ребенком было удобно.

Cons:

Когда вошли в номер, нас встретил спертый запах. Не знаю, старой мебели может. Потом принюхались.
Дизайн устаревший.
На кухне 1 из розеток не рабочая.
Плитка настольная без шкалы, не понятно где сильне/ слабее включаешь. Яйца варились час и вода так и не закипела.
Стол низкий с диванами (полноценно есть не удобно).
Диваны не сразу разобрались как раскладываются и не устойчивые в разложенном виде.
Не очень удобно и неожиданно, что вход в душевую из спальни.

Ideal pentru cazare de scurtă/lungă durata
Pros:

Locație centrală, spațios, curat,f bine dotat, raport calitate preț excelent. Personal colaborativ. Ne am simțit bine veniți și dacă vom reveni la Erevan ne vom caza tot aici.

Cons:

Nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost perfect venind după 3 anulări (apartamente) cu 2 zile înainte de sejur,din motive mai mult sau mai puțin justificate, am optat pentru cazare la hotel și a fost cea mai bună alegere.

Pros:

Хорошее место за небольшие деньги. Два раза останавливались. Большие номера. Есть все необходимое. Приветливый персонал. Приедем ещё! 👍

Cons:

Звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. (Беруши помогают 😁). Блэк аут на окнах был бы тоже плюсом.

Pros:

A good hotel in the city center. We stayed with two families and loved it. The room was very large and spacious, the atmosphere was warm, and most importantly, the staff was very helpful, especially Anna.

Cons:

The rooms are old and there are not enough towels.

Pros:

We found it very convenient. The hotel offers a shuttle and a large car for all excursions, which was convenient since we were two families. We liked the location and the helpful staff, who were always helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were full of old and broken items; there weren't even any batteries in the clock. For a large family, they only provide one towel in the bathroom, and you have to ask for more. But none of that matters as much as caring. I especially liked the manager Anna.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Interior was always clean. Easily accessible market next door, and in the underground passage in front of the hotel. Park view from the room was very nice.

Cons:

Heating could be a bit higher. Some nights it was -10C outside during the evenings, the room heating was barely enough.

Место расположения.

Cons:

Номера и мебель ветхие. Уборка слабая. Полы не моют или моют оченю плохо. На покрывалах чужие волосы. По фото на сайте не понятно какие к какому номеру относятся.
