Nice apartment, it was clean and felt secure. It was walking distance (a few min) from moulin rouge. Bars and restaurants all around the streets

Was on the first floor, can be a little noisy as you can hear the comings and goings with the front door. great location tho!

Very good location

It was exactly as advertised ! Beautiful . Washing machine . Super comfy bed and the bedding was exceptional. Hot water great air conditioner full size fridge .patios for a lil pic nic or just step out for some fresh air .super safe had to go thru 3 codes to get in felt safe . The towels were abundant and fluffy . 3 minutes from busses n metro. Manager quick with response to any questions.they thought of everything . Garbage bags toilet paper soaps shampoo never ran out in 12 nights stay !. I highly recommend this property slept six spacious we all loved it

Described as an ‘apartment on quiet courtyard’, it isn’t. The courtyard is noisy, so is the apartment. People coming in and out make it noisy, people walking up the stairs to the other apartments do as well…The manager sent a warning about this only after I booked and then refused to cancel, so we stayed. There was a storm in Paris, and the property flooded, which they admitted made the property unusable. Still, they only wanted to refund the remaining days of the rental, even though I had to book other accommodation last minute which cost much more per day. The storm was obviously not their fault but my dealings with them before and after were very poor. I cannot recommend booking anything with this property or management company.

The location and accommodations were great. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Paris.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logis et son environnement.
Plusieurs épiceries, resto, fromageries, pâtisseries et boulangeries a proximités.

Bus et et Métro très pres (- de 5 minutes de marche) gare de train a moins de 30 minutes de marche.

Propres et bien équipé.

I don't recommend this place for an end of a trip/holiday. The stair case is noisy with conversations and foot traffic and cleaners very early in the morning. The WiFi would not stay connected or could not be found. I tried on both Apple and Android devices. The website offers late check out and you can pay online conveniently and says its available then later you get an email you to say that it no longer available. Anyway things do change, so you can't always get late check out its YUNAs perogative. My point is .... I realised that even if you pay the extra for late check out this is equivalent/more than paying for accommodation in Paris that has a noon check out (or option for early check-in); working WiFi; without early morning disturbances/ noisy staircase and luaggge storage.


However it's an easy check in. Clean. And has a nice decor. And a little stool for short people to reach the bed and cupboards is available.

숙박 체크인 과정부터 매우 상세하게 설명을 받아서 첫날 아파트에 들어가는데 아무런 문제가 없었습니다.
또한 버스나 메트로 접근성도 너무 좋고 도보 2-3분 거리에 아주 맛있는 빵집이 있어서 편리하였습니다.

한 가지 단점은...
샤워실의 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 샤워 물을 조금 세게만 틀어도 배수가 안되어서 샤워실에서 물이 넘치므로 해결해주시면 더욱 편리하겠습니다.

Viagem com minha filha. Lugar seguro, próximo do centro, várias estações de metrô próximo, o quarto limpo, boa cama, ar condicionado quente de boa qualidade. Somente o quarto que fiquei não trem uma vista bonita.

We had a great experience and the property was fantastic.

It was clean and comfortable. However, a few more tea and coffee capsules could have been put in. Most importantly, the air conditioning and wifi were broken on our last evening, probably due to a power failure but no one came. The company's communication is very bad. We almost froze to death at night. In short, the apartment was good but the service was bad.

Lägenheten var liten men nyrenoverad, ren och fräsch. Läget var perfekt, centralt men ändå lugnt då vi bodde mot innergården. Renovering pågick på huset mittemot men var inget som störde oss. Bra kommunikation med hyresvärden.

Week-end a paris
