El personal muy amable, pero muy escaso. Mucho tiempo esperando en recepción y mucho tiempo esperando para comer. Ojo no es crítica, considero que la experiencia sería de 10 en lugar de 7 si pudieran contar con más personal.

Le cadre, le personnel, les extérieurs

Cons:

Un gros effort devrait être fait sur le petit déjeuner ( variétés de pains, qualité des viennoiseries, s'équiper de distributeur de café et lait, jus d'orange et non jus de fruit en tetrapak).dans les chambres, beaucoup de points d'allumage mais manque 2/3 lampes

Pros:

Me gustó el alojamiento en sí, una habitación familiar bien amueblada, bonita y buen tamaño y distribución....
La naturaleza del entorno espectacular...

Cons:

No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos y tuve que ir en busca de alguien que me atendiera, pedí unas toallas para la piscina y tardaron cerca de media hora en dármelas, no había nada en cafetería que me pudieran ofrecer para merendar, el buffet del desayuno correcto pero escaso y la piscina un poco pequeña y pocas tumbonas y poca sombra y compartida con gente que fue a celebrar una comunión que por cierto acompañaron con música gitana de fondo durante horas que no me gustaba ni me apetecía escuchar

Lugar perfecto para una escapada
Pros:

Siempre es bonito visitar Sierra de Gata y lugares como este, hacen aún más bonita la escapada. El apartamento era muy grande, mucha tranquilidad y la piscina ideal. Esther encantadora y el desayuno muy completo.

Pros:

Todo. La ubicación. El paisaje donde está ubicado. El hotel es precioso tanto por dentro como por fuera. Con todas las comodidades. Magnifico servicio. Restaurante increíble. Habitaciones acogedoras.
