Pros:

Gute Lage nahe 2nd road und damit per Sammel-Taxi preiswert erreichbar. Nette Chock tail-Bar gleich nebenan, eine qualitativ hervorragende Massage kaum 100m Richtung Beach-Road - beides ohne lästige Sex-Angebote…!

Cons:

Internet phasenweise instabil, konnte aber zeitnah behoben werden.

Sauberes Hotel im dreckigsten Viertel. Seriöse Hotelgäste, große Zimmer, kein Laufhaus.

Cons:

Badewanne totale Fehlkonstruktion. Unmöglich zu duschen ohne das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen.

Frühstücksbuffet war okay, Pool auf dem Dach war super.

Cons:

Gestank im Badezimmer. Abwasserkanal. Mussten diesen mit einem Handtuch verstopfen, von aussen. Im Frühstücksraum viel zu kalt. Man fror, und kann sich schnell eine Erkältung holen. Nicht empfehlenswert dort lange zu verweilen. War dies der Zweck ?

War für den Preis enttäuscht .Hatte Zimmer mit Meerblick .

Die Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Als ich das Zimmer bezogen hatte, war die Reinigung nicht so toll gewesen .
Viele Haare suf dem Boden . Plastikreste.
Zwei kleine Absätze auf dem Weg zum Bad , warum ?
Badewanne , Rutschgefahr ,
Warum keine Duschecke .
Am Pool lagen die Sonnenschirme mehrere Tage umgekippt rum .

Nice stay in large comfortable room
Pros:

We stayed here 2 different times over a 3 week period - once on the 8th floor sea view side and once on the 2nd floor city view. The location is good, about a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants - but see location comment below. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Each has a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, plenty of storage, a mini-safe, a refrigerator and hot water kettle. Bathrooms are large - but see comment below about the shower. The gym is adequate and the rooftop pool is nice. Ample free covered parking. The staff were super nice and helpful - particularly the guy who cleaned our rooms.

Cons:

The worst part was the shower. It's large with a tub but the problem is that the tub is "raised" so that when taking a shower, water pools up around the tub and drains all over the bathroom floor. Both rooms we stayed in had this poor design. The internet is unsecured and was a bit slow on a few occasions. You have to re-log in each time. The location is on what used to be the "quiet" north side of Pattaya Beach but recently a Chinese developer put in a large outdoor entertainment area between Soi 5 and 6 which, depending on your room, can be a bit noisy.

Cons:

Only negative was the bath/shower, no anti slip mat and was a bit slippery getting in and out to shower.
