Great spot, clean and nice
Pros:

Generous room size, good location and facilities.

Cons:

The room was hot when we arrived and we had to ask the front desk to unlock the thermostat to make it cooler, that was inconvenient

Had a wonderful stay everything is ok except the staffs.
Pros:

Love the location walking distance to everything.the room is spacious,clean and quiet.
Love the welcome drinks and snacks and also the breakfast .

Cons:

I didn't like the staffs their not that accommodating,polite and courteous that we expect,

It was a clean and comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the Sakuras from our window.
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to get around and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms were nice as well.

Cons:

It was a bit cramped and the water station was quite far from the room. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
