Pros:

Did not ear there, but ideal budget hotel. I liked the seating area in the lobby. The rooms are small, but families can sit in the lobby at the tables to eat and relax. Fun neighborhood. Close to family Mart

the hotel was clean, with many amenities, and the staff was very hospitable.
Pros:

property was clean and organized. many toiletries and other essentials were provided. the water dispensers were convenient. staff was friendly and very hospitable.

Cons:

the connecting room with the 3 beds was nice and spacious, but the top bunk bed was too close to the ceiling—a few head bumps do to the little space—not a major issue though.

CP質很高的住宿經驗，下次有來會想再住。

住宿地點極好，早餐也豐盛。員工的態度非常非常好。

Cons:

整個飯店只有二樓有兩台洗烘二合一洗衣機，有一台還故障壞了。最大問題是，洗衣機洗烘完的衣服完全不乾，但是洗衣機的烘衣服選項被禁止了，只能帶著還有濕氣的衣服拿回房間晾乾，這真的很不能被接受。除了這點外，在這間飯店的其他體驗都非常好!

Value for money was not good in our case
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Broad selection of amenities. Hot and cold drinks available in the lobby. Quick check-in and check-out. Good pressure of the shower.

Cons:

We booked the room many weeks in advance for over USD 200, so expected something decent. When we checked in and saw our room, we were quite disappointed, because it was our third hotel in Japan (after Tokyo and Hiroshima), and the previous USD 200+ rooms were much better. Maybe there was some temporary spike in prices in Osaka, I don't know. Anyway, at that price point we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The main issues were:
- when we moved the trash bin in the room, we found a bunch of long hair underneath it; there was also a handprint / smudge on the glass wall between the room and bathroom;
- basically no storage space in the room; it's not really about size of the room, because they are typically small in Japan; but even in a room of this size; you could place some small storage furniture;
- overall the room looked dated.

The good news is that there is an ongoing renovation of the hotel, so once it's finished, you can probably expect much better experience.

I would also like to clarify, that our relatively low rating reflects the price we paid / value for money.
