Pros:

Most of it was great. Simple accommodation, but very clean room and bathroom.
A small problem only: the bedside lamp didn't work. We only noticed late at night, otherwise the owners would have fixed it straight away, I am sure.

A Wonderful Walking Destination
Pros:

The room/ hotel was simply and elegantly furnished. The room was kept clean.
It was hard to find anyone from the hotel team as the bell on the table at the bottom of the stairs had usually been removed.
There is no email contact and prepare what you want to say in Spanish if you need to use the phone to contact them beforehand for a late arrival (there is no reception desk) or during your stay.
We tried the hotel breakfast (for a charge) once, but after that preferred the one at Café Delicias on Calle Doctor Castilla; down the hill slightly and round the corner.
Overall, a lovely holiday with fabulous walking and plenty of restaurants to try at night.
